Love this decanter with the built in aerating spot and screen. As the wine pours in through the top, the screen stops cork bits and sediment from going into the vase. As it passes into the vase, the wine is aerated and the pour is divided into multiple spouts that hit the inside of the decanter opening the wine up further. Then you swirl and pour it back out and it has a no drip bonus to the aerated pourer. It’s everything you want in one! Love it!

A really lovely way to aerate a full bottle of wine! It looks so sophisticated and it's super EZ to use. Simply pour the wine directly out of the bottle and any sediment collects in the mesh top, leaving the wine in the decanter beautifully clear and ready to drink! It's a pretty addition to your table or wine room, too.

Over the last three months I've purchased three of these decanters for gifts. Each recipient was very happy with how it functions and looks. I was present when my friend used hers and confirm it holds 750 ml of wine in the base (i.e. no wine in the neck). We let it sit for about 1/2 hour and then poured. The wine tasted really good although we didn't do a before and after decanted test. It was very easy to clean but she opted to add on the wire rack (found on amazon) for drying since her method of placing it upside in a mug didn't allow air circulation, so the rim didn't fully dry. The rack worked really well and her only comment about that was the cap needed to rest with the filter pointing up so it dried completely. If you opted to buy the rack and store the decanter on the counter, the space required is minimal but storing it elsewhere is obviously a matter of personal preference. As mentioned, I've already purchased three and wouldn't hesitate to gift this again. It comes in a nice box [great for storage] that's easily wrapped. You can feel good about giving a gift that is beautiful and functional. It's priced well and at times you can find it on sale, which is an added bonus! It will be my future go-to gift for wine lovers.

Nice quality Aerator. The decanter glass is not too thick which makes it easy to handle. Nice presentation + the wine tastes better.

This is a great decanter, reasonably priced, with a good aerator. HOWEVER —- the aerator breaks easily. Wish we could just replace that! Then a 5 star rating.

Wasn't sure what to expect from this. Didn't think it would really make much of a difference but it really works great and makes the wine taste better. Easy to use and easy to clean. Holds a whole bottle with room to spare and at this price point it's a bargain. No complaints about anything. Great gift for any wine lover.
