Smells like strong roses but I love it. It’s not headache inducing or there is not a weird smell after sweating. It’s works greater than some natural deodorants which made me feel self conscious because they didn’t work so well or had a weird smell when sweating.

I like this product very much. I used to buy aluminum free deodorant made by a different company but it went out of production so I was very pleased when I found this item. First of all, it is an aluminum free deodorant and since some studies have linked aluminum in skin products to cancer, I now use only aluminum free skin care items. This product works well, does not irritate my (very sensitive) skin, and doesn’t leave any residue. It also has a light and pleasant scent (my personal preference is the rose scented deodorant although other options are available). The price is very reasonable and I buy three units at a time by subscription which saves a little more money and ensures that I never run out.I recommend this deodorant to anyone who wants an aluminum free option!

This product is great for a light and long lasting fragrance. Bottles are of perfect size and even the product is long lasting. Can come in any purse. No darkening of skin is another good thing about this product

I love this product! Smell good and and protects me all day

I've been on the hunt for a great aluminum free deodorant for a long time. I've spent hundreds of dollars over the years trying out all the natural brands, even premium $30 doller jars and sticks. Some of them hold up okay, but I always hate the smell. Or they're a nightmare to wash off in the shower. There's always been a huge downside to each one I've tried.I avoided Dove forever because I wasn't interested in the moisturizing aspect of it. Surely an "armpit lotion" won't work, right? I was horribly wrong and I've been absolutely missing out on something right in front of me all these years.This stuff is it. I work a physical job and it holds up great. Some days I might have the *faintest* bit of BO sneaking through after a job, but it is really not noticable unless I stick my face under my arm. And as a note, I've never had a single deodorant pass a rough work day with no BO on me. Dove might not be 100% but it's better than everything else I've tried.And the SMELL! I've been trying so hard to find "my" smell. I like unisex smells that are a balanced mix of feminine and masculine. I'm not a fan of all floral, or all spicey. Most brands are extremely polarized with their scents.I am a sucker for cotton smells so I ordered Cotton and Sandalwood to try it out. I finally found my deodorant! This scent is literally the BEST mix of feminine/masculine I have ever come across. It doesn't lean too hard in either direction. It's the wonderful clean smell of cotton, but the crisp smell of sandalwood at the same time, rather than one smell following the other. I adore this scent so much and I'm so happy I've found it!It also washes off great in the shower! Other brands I have to scrub and scrub, two or three times, and I still have residue and scent on me. This comes off clean, and feels clean when I wear it. It isn't gummy or thick.I will caution people to apply it correctly though. I feel that a lot of reviewers just give a swipe or two directly over the armpit hair area. With ANY deodorant, you also need to cover 1-2" outside the hair area in every direction as well, otherwise bacteria still pop up and creep inward, nullifying what you've put on. I learned this with Crystal deodorant and have applied that tactic to everything else I've tried, and this has worked well for me.Finding the right deodorant is hard because everybody's body chemistry is different. Sometimes things that smell nice before application mix with your sweat and skin and come out smelling just dreadful. For me at least, I'm sold and Dove has gained a life-long customer.

I love the smell...but the 72 hour claim for these is just not right. It barely lasts a day even when im not active at all in an AC house. The spray version is actually better and longer lasting than the roll on. Great smell though.

been a dove user for years, just used the regular 'powder' scented stuff, then I decided to go aluminum free. Was disappointed that there wasn't a 'powder' option, but I chose one I thought would be nice, coconut and jasmine. It feels nice, but it's very perfumy, almost all jasmine and no coconut scent. Still, it smells nice I guess, feels nice. We'll see.
