I did not receive a filament pen. Received some horrible cheap gel thing. Very disappointed. :(

Never worked and unfortunately since it was a Xmas gift\t to my son, he was too occupied with other toys to notice right away. There turning on and off is illogical, unintuitive and doesn't respond well. I found out it says not has one year warranty, but there is no email or contact info.

The item that was sent was not what was advertised. I was sent a very cheap 3D pen that used gel and UV light to harden it. The pictures and description are completely inaccurate. The quality of the item received is that of a Chuckie Cheese novelty toy.
