The packaging was a little torn up, but that does not matter as this product is not something you expect to arrive in a bubble wrap.The product fits perfectly on my old chair, did not need any adjustments at all. Super sturdy, handles my weight (120K) easily. Locks in any position, without as much as a squeak when leaning against.
