I originally ordered this bag for my 8 year old son, but when I received it I realized I wanted it for myself. I snack a lot at work, and everything fits perfectly, including my water bottle on the side pocket. This bag is good looking and great quality. My favorite part is the clip on the handle, makes it easy to clip on the side of your backpack or purse and not have to hold it. I will now have to order my son his own lunch bag. I highly recommend this bag!!I uploaded some pictures so you can see how much food I was able to fit, I also added a picture of after I zipped it up, so you can see how my food was not stuffed tight I there.

Ok, I know what you're thinking...this is so expensive for my kid to mess up with his lunch! I thought the same, but I was so wrong! This lunchbox is worth every penny and let me tell you why...I have a boy that can and will destroy the best of things, but not this. The space inside is great and not only because he can carry his water bottle on an outside pocket, and fit an ice pack in a separate pocket so there's no soggy food, but most importantly, it is a mother's dream. No more rips in cheap plastic and, the beat part...no more seams in plastic to have to clean nasty bread crumbs and yogurt and who know what else out of! Nope!No inside seams to have to clean at all! It actually arrives home clean! It's very durable, keeps his lunch in one nice, not smooshed, piece, the zipper is strong as is the outside. Of course I worried about him loosing it, but Mom's, that's what good old Sharpie's are for and because it doesn't look like the outside of the same character that every other kids lunchbox has, I can snatch it out of lost & found in a heartbeat. Trust me on this, it's so worth multiple years of use!

After only 4 months of regular use, the handle on this lunchbox completely frayed off. The seller contacted me and sent a replacement free of charge, so I will follow up in a few months to see if durability seems better on the replacement.

I’m glad I stumbled upon this bag. The look is rugged and modern and the leak proof insulation works great and came in handy when I spilled my soup inside the lunch bag. I bought one for my son as well and he loves it and takes it to school with him every day. I highly recommend it.

This was a good looking and lightweight lunch box that would work for an adult or a teen/child who didn't like a lot of color/pattern. It weighed almost nothing. But the zipper was horrible and I'm upset that it broke almost immediately. I returned it for a refund. I don't know if I just got a dud or if this is common for this product...but it was FAR from "tough" as described in the name.

UPDATED: July 2019 - My son used this lunchbox the whole year and it was okay. The soft sides were not ideal because of how rough he was with his lunchbox and it would often crush his chips which were in a baggie. Also the handle started to wear down about 2/3 of the year through. But my son was rough with this. I'm not changing my rating but to just give my experience with packing his lunch everyday. In addition, when he spilled something in this lunchbox such as applesauce or juice, it was harder to just wipe down. But it was an easy rinse and dry.I purchased this lunchbox for my middle school son. This is a great lunchbox and I would highly recommend it. It is spacious and well insulated. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is that it isn't rigid on its sides to hold its shape. If you put a sandwich or chips in it, it can get crushed because the sides are not rigid. If the sides were rigid, it would definitely get 5 stars. But this is a very nice lunchbox and works well for my son.

Very disappointed! The zipper is horrible, very bad quality and This maybe lasted 2 uses before the zippers broke completely, it bothers me that it has been broken almost immediately and it is not a very useful size or shape either. The support for drinks in the side developed a hole so big that it was unusable, but what I did not realize was that the bag was opened all the seam of the bag, It is not well constructed and woven seems to attract stains. I do not know if I just received a fault or if this is common for this product, but it was far from being, as described in the name. I had never bought a bag with such low quality and bad quality of construction!!!.

Very Slick Lunch box- many compliments!So many people ask where I bought this lunch box. It’s very roomy inside compared to other brands I found on Amazon. I love that it comes with a side mesh pocket to fit my drinks and the insulation keeps my food cold all day. The detachable strap is a great feature too and I can easily clip to my backpack. Overall this is a good buy and I would definitely recommend this brand to others!

The lining inside is not sew properly. It separates from the actual bag linings. Though the outside looks really good and tough but inside is a bit messy.
