Motivational read
I just started this book about a week ago and I'm already finding it very helpful to me. I've been doing IF for about a year and a few months. I'm now ready to get refocused and to think about what my long term goals are in life. The book offers me the opportunity to stop and think about where I've been and where I'm going in life and how to get there. We are often so busy in life that we forget about taking care of ourselves. By reading this book I'm taking time to sit and relax and do something positive for myself. Then I'm putting what I've read into action. This book is an easy read. Make sure you have a highlighter to highlight the parts that you want to reread at a glance. I've read many of Kim's books and I enjoy them all.

Just what I needed.....
This is a month long workbook so don’t expect a big book, more of a short morning read with a blank page following to journal on. I don’t always like this sort of thing, I end up reading them all in a sitting and then feel cheated 😂 but it turns out that this was exactly what I needed. I am savoring each one and thinking of it through the day. The ones on changing your relationship with food and your body have been very helpful. I expect to have a better month with this, maybe a better life.😊

Great guide for self discover
I found this guide to be useful to help me look within to make positive changes in my life. It doesn't lecture you how or what choices to make or what is the right way to practice every day life. I love that after each prompt there is a page to record your thoughts. Looking forward to more from this author.

Easy Delights Collector
I'm a total Kim Smith fan girl. Her search for contentment has been inspirational to me. I'm in the Easy Delights season right now, but looking forward to the others. My life is currently not full of contentment... But it will be. I'm ready to start taking steps to get there. I have the roadmap to get me there. 💖Dawn.

Freedom and Contentment
Kim leads the reader in quest for contentment in life through this book, with a place to journal or draw on each pagr spread. As I have followed Kim's journey to Unbelievable Freedom (the title of another of her books), and done intermittent fasting, I have been creating contentment, and this book travels along that journey with me.

A good and easy read!
I love the way Kim Smith breaks down the habits so it’s easy to understand and also even create new habits of our own in addition to the ones she suggests. She’s very honest, open and helpful to show how to make lasting changes for contentment in our own lives.

Must read!!
This is my 3rd book that Kim has written or co written and as always I am so inspired by her words! Love the space to write my thoughts when reading. The ending to each section is a little added inspiration!!

Engaging
Kim Smith's writings never disappoint. As in her previous books, she leads the reader on a path of evolving self awareness and clarity of purpose. Her writing style is entertaining and quietly instructive.
