This is a beautiful perennial or shrub (depending on climate) that is very exotic with it’s large leaves and purplish flower heads on top of very tall stems - up to 12 feet under ideal conditions. They are hardy to at least USDA zone 8b, and possibly colder as a perennial or in warmer climates they are evergreen shrubs.
