Not really round...
It's worth noting that while the embedded heating elements are confined to a circle, the actual product is a rectangle with a couple inches of space around the circle. The entire thing is a big peel apart adhesive patch and seems like it will stick well to the back of the mirror. But, if you need it to fit an identically sized mirror, you will need to carefully trim the excess material.
