Henna Users Can Use This Product!
I used Copper henna from Henna Maiden in my hair two different times and was told it’d never come out, and that I’d have to grow my hair out. I was also told that henna won’t allow your hair to absorbe any color you try and dye over it. I was freakin out! After doing some research online I found Color Oops and that it could potentially remove the henna. Well, it removed a good portion of it! I followed the directions exactly, rinsed and shampooed. After, I was sad to see the copper was still there. It was a lot lighter than it was, which made me happy, but I wasn’t sure if the new dye would take. I used a medium ash brown to balance the red tones. I have to say I am happy with the results because it allowed me to dye my hair another color and remove most of the henna. If I had used black henna I might be skeptical but I’d probably still buy this product. My hair after was a little dry but after I blow dried it, it was sooo soft. Lastly, even though It didn’t remove all of the henna color, it was still enough for me to be satisfied and that’s all that matters. Thanks Color Oops.

Good Enough!!
Did it help bring my daughter's hair back to it's natural color? Sort of... Black does stain and while this washes out the -pigment-, it can't do a thing about staining. She is naturally a light ash blonde and the best it gave her was a pale auburn.Did it lighten her hair color drastically? YES! She went from ink black to a light reddish brown/auburn with a single use. I do recommend using a very good clarifying shampoo when you go to wash out the pigment from your hair follicles. Color-Treating or conditioning shampoos won't cut it and will lessen your results. A second use made the auburn even lighter, but not orangey or unpleasant.Did it damage my daughter's hair using this product twice? Not even a little. Her hair felt just fine after both treatments. It was far gentler than any bleaching agent she or I have ever used and we were pretty pleased with getting her hair lightened that much without damage. It'll be so much gentler now when we go to bleach it the last few shades than it would have been trying to go from black back to blonde.

Works, but takes time
I want to start by saying I had black hair (dyed it several times over a course of a couple months) and have long, thin hair. I bought two boxes. The first time around it did okay, I followed the instructions and it faded just a bit but was patchy. I decided to try it again, leaving it in longer (about an hour, I know the box says don't do this but it doesn't have bleach so I figured it'd be okay) and applying heat with a blow-dryer. I used a clarifying shampoo and washed it twice and rinsed for a bit in between washes and it did much better. My hair is now an Auburn color and it's very pretty. My hair isn't damaged, and I may try it again after a bit to get the rest of the dye out. Overall I'm happy. Just a long process. (:

It Works!
Easily washed out a dark brown hair color that I hated. I followed the directions and then colored my hair again on the same day with a new, lighter shade. My hair did not look or feel damaged. I have used other products that are basically bleach, to remove color and they fry your hair! Color Oops will not fry your hair and is safe to use. If you have long hair, buy 2 boxes. This is an amazing product!

Did what I expected it to do.
Product came with simple easy instructions. Easy to use. My hair was a bit darkened from the use of henna and this product did a fairly decent job of lightening the henna to the point that I am no longer "red headed" but closer to my natural hair color of light strawberry blonde. I was wary of the product at first, afraid that my hair would turn orange. I am happy to say it didn't and would gladly recommend to anyone needing the dye removed or lightened in their hair. The only negative thing I can think of about this product was the smell, but honestly, anyone who has dealt with bleaching their hair, or dying their hair, or perming their hair, knows that the products do not always smell nice but the products still usually achieve the look you are going for.

It work.
This product works, I had the extra straight One because I had red hair and it took the red right out. It's very drying to your hair and you have to wash and rinse out your hair for 20-30 min. And it's truly smell really bad. And I order the extra condition one because I thought I will run out of my first bottle which is always good to have two bottle if you have long, thick hair. I would recommend this product to remove dye out of your hair. You could dye on the same day but I wouldn't recommend it.

Happier than I thought I'd be
My natural color is auburn. I have pretty fine, short hair. I decided to add highlights too my hair and got too much blonde in it - looked terrible. I waited about 6 weeks before I attempted to change the hair color. I dyed it med/dark brown - and my hair turned horribly dark, like a blackish brown. It was so ugly. Someone recommended I use this, and I was extremely hesitant. I've never used this, never really heard anything about it. However, it turned into a saving grace. I had no idea what my hair was going to look like after using it, and that is scary. I had no idea the condition it would leave my hair, especially after all of the processing it just went through. The process was long, but well worth it. My hair is stripped of all the mistakes I made. It's not a medium brown and the color is very pretty (almost as if I dyed it). If I as if I chose to make it this color. My hair was a little weak for a couple days, but it quickly recovered after the right deep conditioners.I would highly recommend this product for anyone that made a big hair-oops with coloring.Helpful tip (for red based hair) - I did get a lot of red come through after I did this process. But I used some blue shampoo and it really helped - If you put blue shampoo in your hair (dry) and leave it on for ~20 minutes, then rinse, it'll really tone down the red. Then use it regularly as shampoo.

Terrible option
This item was terrible, it turned my hair orange, I had to purchase two other products trying to correct my hair color. The smell is pretty bad which I knew, but it linger in my hair after 5 shampoos! Not worth the time or money spent on it
