delicious
Finally, a good brand of soybeans. I don't make soy milk. Soy is good for hot flashes. One half cup of cooked soy's work for me. Trusted brand. They taste good. They are fresh. No wrinkles in the skins and the color is true. Good value for the money. Have bought several times.

Not the best for sprouting for soy milk. Not the worst.
A bit pricey. I bought for soy milk as well as sprouted soy milk. I did not find it sprouted as well as other brand and had several split beans present. Beans required rinsing. Flavor was good.

Soymilk - cheaper and healthier than store-bought
I make organic soymilk on a regular basis - far cheaper than store bought, and much healthier! This product is great.

Not for sprouting
35 dollars wasted! Tried 3 times to sprout them and each time they began to spoil on 2nd day, even with a vinegar rinse before soaking. Asking around I found out that for some reason USA soybeans just do not sprout easily like the videos on YouTube Also, about half the beans are split, so those were no good for sprouting from the get-go. Can’t return perishables on Amazon; maybe they can be used for making tofu, we’ll see.
