Updated after 8 months of using it
So I've been using it for a while and theres a few tricks I've learned. First I lift the formula holder up and set it on top after every use so that it doesnt clog up the output area. Before I make a bottle I just wipe the dry stuff off with my finger, and I try to completely clean it once every week or every other week. It works very well for those late night feedings.

Hard to clean
Good idea, but Hard to clean, concentration always different, can’t use for formula, the formula sticks to the output and gives the wrong concentration , heating for water works good , I think it too expensive just for heat water in it

Convenient
I am so glad I got theis forumale maker. This is very convenient especially for the late night feedings. Not hard to clean nor does it take a lot of time to clean but figuring out the concentration was the only thing that confused me but I got it after a while. My only suggestion would be to have a chart that matches the concentrations to the formulas that parents use.

great once we got it calibrated! the instructions are impossible to follow...

Product Defective
Product worked for a couple of weeks and then there was a problem with the gasket and water was flying out all over. Tried contacting the Manufacturer and the product is no longer available (big surprise) we tried contacting them several times (even sent video of issue) NO RESPONSE.I would NOT buying this product or from this manufacturer.

Not worth the money
It makes more formula than you program it for and the formula powder gunks up and clogs the machine after just making 2-3 bottles. The buttons are very sensitive as well, if you barely graze it with a fingernail, it will run and make a mess if you’re not prepared to make a bottle.

Best purchase I could have made, huge time saver!
I love it, be sure you clean the formula dispenser every 24hrs. Which isn't bad considering we clean anything we drink out of after 1 use. Get a scale to make sure that you do the math correctly. I've been using if for 2 months and maybe 3 times I have had to throw away the bottle, but some powder was clogged, so I cleaned it and it was perfect again.
