It’s more than great for a casual workout at home! I put it behind the couch so that I can excise a little when I watch tv. It’s perfect size and weight that it won’t be too light and move around when I use it, also I can just flip it when I am done, it doesn’t take too much space. There’s a mat comes with the package too, protecting the floor, that’s very thoughtful of the product.

I have been using this for about one week and I have to say this fits me very well. I put this in the living room and use this when I am watching TV. It is not healthy to sit there all day watching TV and I think this would make a difference. I can feel my leg and abs warm and sour but not too strong to get distracted. The LCD monitor is definitely a plus. You can track your exercise time, steps and calories.
