Works like it's supposed to
The media could not be loaded. I will recommend this product and company since they do what they are supposed to do and provide great quality services. The product fits in my printer and works. Color works and it is easy to install. Not sure about durability but I bet it's great.

Works as good as OEM
I was worried about the quality of such an inexpensive 3rd party toner cartridge, especially since Samsung makes you believe that using non-Samsung cartridges will result in some sort of disaster. Well, the cartridge has been fine and worked without one hiccup which pretty much is a glowing review. I do wish that the exterior of the cartridge had been cleaner because the outside of the unit was covered in toner when I removed it from its bag which got all over my hands and I had to wipe down the entire cartridge before installing. Other than that is works flawlessly and came packaged very securely.

Exceptional Toner!!!!
Works better than the name brand. I usually buy the name brand but took a chance on a cheaper option and I am so glad I did. This toner was the gift that keeps on giving. It still worked 2-3 weeks after my computer told me it was empty. This is by far the longest lasting toner I have ever purchase. I will continue to buy this toner!!* I am writing this review on my own. I was not provided a discount or product to review.*

Based on previous experience, I was nervous about ordering ...
Based on previous experience, I was nervous about ordering an after-market printer cartridge, but the price was persuasive. No regrets - the product works perfectly in the printer. You do have to be careful to remove the cover from the front of the cartridge in order to insert it - there's an almost invisible instruction stamped into the plastic, but it should be much more legible, or have a yellow or orange flag on it, and there's no leaflet or other set of instruction in the package or printed on the box.
