First used one at the gym, then bought one for my home.
This is a great product for abs workouts and overall strength exercises. I started using one at my training gym, and liked it so much that I bought one for home. Extremely well-built, attractively designed (for workout gear), and comes with good instructional chart and dvd.

the wheels stay in place and roll .i was hoping that they move around.
