I love this piece of equipment. Helpful Hint: Be sure to fill the entire base with sand or water. If you don't then it might tip a little when you punch it. I didn't have any problem with assembly. I followed the directions and it went right together in no time at all. Highly recommended.

1. I read reviews and glossed over the negative ones because this looked great. Mistake.2. The screws don't fit, it can't handle being punched or kicked, and it makes a lot of noise.3. They charge you to return the defective item. So do not take the chance and buy this. I don't even think Amazon is selling them anymore.

I purchased this thinking that this was the reflex bag just a cheaper model. The major difference is where the spring is located. On the correct ones the spring is in the middle of the pole, not on the base like this one is. This might be a good starter but this is not for anybody who is serious.

I GOT THIS FOR MY BOYFRIEND AND HE LOVES IT BUT THE SPRING BUTTON TO CONNECT THE BAG AND POLE WAS BROKEN WHEN IT ARRIVED SO HE HASN'T BEEN ABLE TO TRY IT OUT... WHEN I GOT THE PACKAGING THE BOX WAS OPEN SO IT WORRIED ME IF I HAD ALL THE PARTS THERE. WHEN I PUT IT TOGETHER EVERYTHING WAS GOOD BUT THE PART THAT LOCKS THE BALL TO THE POLE :(

Bought this product once and it broke, then I returned it. Thinking this was a one time incident, I bought it again and it broke again in the same place. Also the foam on the ball breaks and makes a mess. Terrible product with terrible quality, I want my money back!

My wife wanted this for an outlet when she got home from work. She loves it!!

Just as expected no issues!! Arrived early!!

After only a few punches. the punching bag flew right off. There is no way to fix or replace it. The person punching it only weighs about 120 lbs, so clearly this is not good quality.
