Product looks solid so faar
The product looks good. Just been using for a month or so. The difficulty I faced is the auto ignition stopped working in a week’s time. Elica reaolved it free of charge in a weeks time.

One of the worst product ever and customer service is another heck.Strangely, the company's policy refuses to take a defective piece for exchange and tries to compensate with spare parts ( in our case all the parts - burners, knobs, battery box). Not sure what else would a stove have. The customer care is highly irresponsible and nobody willing to help or listen to our concerns. We have purchased the product on Jan 31, 2021 and received the item on Feb 4. We couldn't get the installation done till Feb 12. Since Feb 14, we have noticed issues with stove like knobs getting heated up , burners emitting noise and charcoal and raised complaint to Elica and were assured that their technician would attend within 24-48 hours. By then, Amazon's return policy did not allow to return our product and even customer care executives denied to helo out in any way but to get dissatisfied with this defective piece. After several calls to Elica's customer care number, the technician attented on Mar 2 and said that it is a defective piece and spare parts will be ordered. We have requested for a replacement of the entire product and Elica seems adamant to revert to us. I strongly request and recommend others not to buy their products going forward. End of the day both Amazon and Elica are no longer available or active bother about a customer's concern.
