Bizzy Bear's Big Building Book Board book – September 9, 2014

We love the bizzy bear books. This one is no exception. It's a larger format than the other books, but it just makes it more fun! The only downside is that it doesn't fit in the diaper bag as easily as the others, but it's a great trade off for all of the features that it includes.Lots of moving parts, and this one has flap pages as well. Your child can saw, paint, hammer, and look for items hidden behind the flaps. The story is fun and my 14 month old loves moving the pieces on every page.The pages are pretty sturdy, but not made out of the same thick material as the smaller books. Still, I think they will hold up well to wear and tear. And since my son likes to stand on books as often as he reads them, this is an important feature. :DWe really can't recommend these books enough.

This is a longer book than the others I have purchased, which was a welcomed surprise. The story was very interesting. My 15-month-old granddaughter loves all the Bizzy Bear books. We have much fun in manipulating all the moveable sliding and pull-out parts. They are very durable. However, this book had several less sturdy items like the door on the birdhouse, paint can lids, and larger doors on a building and truck. My granddaughter tore off the birdhouse door and paint can lids on our 4th or 5th reading of the book. They were easy for her to grab and pull loose.

Bought this for my 2 year olds birthday and was pleasantly surprised. Very interactive, tons of info about tools and building presented in a fun way. Would be awesome as a gift with a little tool box as well. Bizzy Bear hammers, uses tape measurer, drills, paints, and saws. The book itself is much larger in size than all of our other board books. Will look into buying more in this series :)

This book isn't a rhyming Bizzy Bear book, it's not a board book, and some of the activities stick more than the board books. I actually like this story more than the rhyming ones, but kiddo (who loves the book too) destroyed this book after a year and not the others...so there's that.

My sons loves this book and my only complaint about this one is that the hammer on the front was easy to tear off and it didn't last too long is destructive hands.

It is a big book, my 2 year old loves it. I have bought three because he ripped flaps out. If you read it laying down at night it is a little heavy. I could be a wussy though.

Just okay - the size is great and my son loves making the tools move. My big complaint is that it doesn't rhyme like the other books in the series, so he never wants us to read the actual story.

Gimmicky book that my kids loved for about a week but now seem to have forgotten. Meh, five stars anyway, I'm in a generous mood.
