S4 Lights 24 Red LEDs - 6 inch Dia. Holographic Starfire Sphere - Black Wire - Indoor/Outdoor - Battery Operated with Timer

These are very cool. The depth of the holographic effect on the stars is mesmerizing especially in the phasing mode.There are some design problems. The light is heavy and 3 C cells are very heavy, so hanging the light is a challenge.It wouldn't be so bad if you only had to hang it once, but you have to take it down to change the mode or turn the unit off.This light really needs a remote control.The switch is on the INSIDE of the battery box which is hard to open because it's sealed against the weather.The timer function is great, but a bit of a mystery to set and then the light stays on a long time which means that you'll have to replace the batteries sooner.If you don't hang it - you have another problem because the light is a big smooth ball that wants to roll off things and take the heavy battery pack along for the fall.I made a ring to set it in on the table and everybody loved it. It would be nice if the company made one available - it would be a great accessory to the light.So, remote control or easier to access switch, table ring accessory and the option to plug it into house current and skip the batteries would all be improvements on this design.

Starfire Spheres add a really interesting and awesome look to your Christmas tree or for that matter any Christmas decor. They stay on for 6 hours and then automatically turn off. The stars continually move which add another dimension to your tree/decor.

I love these lights, they give off such a pretty effect at night, and look pretty during the day. I have them hanging on my front and back porches. I use the timer feature and it works perfectly. The battery box has a hook on it so you can hang it, so I have that hanging from my plantar hooks and then just wrapped the cord around it once and over the hook also to give it extra holding power.

This sphere is the size of a grapefruit and is attached to a battery pack the size of a lemon with a string-wire the length of two palm between. Unless you plan on a seance, it really is hard to put it anywhere.This weight and awkward design is a great shame. If it had been connected to an ac plug, i would have bought 10 for outside decorations.

The media could not be loaded.  When set to Phasing Mode, the holographic stars created within the sphere are Mesmerizing. Its timer function is convenient. Nice!

Bought three of theses, and are outside in a pine tree. They are very colorful and look great with my other outdoor Christmas decorations, so far they have withstood 4 days of rain. I am keeping my fingers crossed.

I would recommend these Holographic Spheres, They have a very special star glow to the LED light inside the plastic globe. I really like the look and I think it will accent my outside Christmas decorations perfectly.

The phasing on the original one I purchased in s retail store did not work. So I purchased another and the phasing does not work. Cheap product. Manufacturer should be embarressed. Not Amazon’s fault. No not buy this product
