Works great! Great buy. Easy start up right out of the box. Keyboard is comfortable and easy to type on. Screen quality is amazing. Computer doesn't run hot. Touch screen is a very cool feature and works perfectly.

Received an excellent rating by computer experts (#1 choice)
Only a couple things I don't like - have to use a piggy tail adapter to plug in any USB port item and wish it had the capability in the hinges to fold back like a notebook. Do like how light it is and it doesn't heat up as much while resting on my lap like previous laptops/notebooks I have owned. Like how much storage space it has. Loaded w/ lots of features that I was looking for and picked it since so highly rated by experts in the field.

Very dangerous
This laptop has a major heat disperse problem. It’s battery temperature degree increase abnormally fast and may get burn out if you don’t stop unplug the power core from the power outlet. It is dangerous for your love ones. I have to return it back in September but I have received any refund from the company that I bought the laptop from. Customer service is nonexistent. You may to deal with so many complications and ordeal to get it work or return it. Please be aware.

Serious Problems in Under a Year
When I first got this laptop, I loved it. I've been an Apple user for most of my life, and the only serious inconvenience I found *at first* was not being able to connect my phone to my computer the same way. Even now, the laptop would be an overall great computer (why it still gets three stars), but the issues I'm facing with this computer are so inconvenient that it overshadows the good aspects of it. If the warranty lasted forever, I'd probably be fine with it. Since the warranty has just expired and Dell won't fix new issues for me now, it'll be garbage in another year or so.After about five months, my touch screen would randomly go haywire. I'd have to turn off the touch screen feature to use the laptop. Really annoying, and it defeats the purpose of spending the extra money on a touch screen laptop to begin with. After about six months, my laptop started randomly crashing. Eventually, I figured out it had to do with Bluetooth connections. If I turned one of the drivers off, it would stop crashing, but that also meant I couldn't connect my phone to my computer at all anymore. Again, really annoying. Now, after about a year, one of the three USB-C ports has stopped working entirely. It's frustrating enough to have zero USB ports to begin with, but now, I only have two working USC-B ports. Since the battery life isn't great (my battery always drains with 4-5 hours), I always have to use one for charging, which means I effectively have one single port available for any kind of connection to my laptop whatsoever.I actually bought this laptop from Dell directly, but there's no place on the Dell pages to actually write a review on the laptop (it's true, look it up - makes you wonder where they're pulling their customer reviews from in the first place). Some of these problems were unique to my computer, and some are well-documented on forums.I never had actual functionality issues with my Apple laptops. When this one breaks down for good, I'm buying another Apple laptop and never returning to Dell.

I have been sold on Dell laptops for years and this XPS takes the prize for best laptop I've owned. I own 2 personally and 4 for my company. Great machine!
