Great buy
Totally happy. These balls are great. Reactive as hell. Now that said I’m only comparing them to the balls that came with my table, and the balls in the local bar. But that said these are very smooth, and ball control is head and shoulders above the others. Absolutely worth the purchase.I got a table about 2 months ago and enjoy not having to pay a bar tab or table fee to shoot a round, but the balls that came with the table where like getting yard rocks to go into the pockets. These are smooth and easy to control. Now after 2 months of sticking rocks across the table, I’ve had to adjust my striking a good bit but it makes play so much more fun. The other balls were like throwing a spot ball hoping to find the plate.Totally recommend these to anyone. In fact I will be getting another set to take with me to the local pub.Won’t regret getting these. And I’m only talking about the cheapest set here.UPDATE:While these balls are much better then the balls that came with my table, they seem to have lost quite a bit of reactiveness. I play 10-15 games a day. Doesn’t really seem like a lot to me. Cannot say I’m as happy with them as I was at first. Will contact seller but I’m not optimistic anything will come of it.I will prolly just end up upgrading to higher quality set.Update 1-6-24Customer service contacted me. Sent me a new set. I have to say their customer service is excellent. The new set arrived and have been working really really good. I will give an upgrade to 5 stars. I think I just got a bad set the first go around. The set they replaced with is excellent. The balls react as I would expect. Very happy with this purchase, and again the customer service is above reproach. I’ve dealt with many sellers in 10 years of Amazon, and hands down this seller has the best customer service of all.

Little heavy. They average at 6.20oz
I give it a 4 star because of its weight. They look good feel good, but they are just too heavy for serious play. Regulation weight is 5.5oz - 6oz these balls weigh in between 6.11-6.33 the heaviest. As a serious player you can feel the difference right away. However if you don’t care and are not picky about the weight then they are definitely worth the buy. These are $40 at my local sporting goods shop.

Here is the truth about this set of pool balls
This review is for the Deluxe Superior set that Japer Bees sells for around $90. There are many $30-$40 pool ball sets available and many $200-$300 (or higher) pool ball sets also. But, there do not appear to be many that are in the $80-$100 range. So, IMO, really cheap or really expensive. I wanted the middle ground since I just own a "basement" pool table that is nothing special and I'm not a pool shark. So, I purchased the Japer Bees Deluxe Superior set. The balls are beautiful and I carefully measured the diameter and weight of all 16 balls. The tolerance is exceptional. All were within 1/8th ounce in weight (right at 6 ounces) and the diameters were all extremely close to 2 1/4" (nice tight rack). So, after a few weeks of playing, indeed, I did notice a very small 1/4" long (very skinny) chip in the #2 ball. Nothing that would impact casual play. I checked all the other balls and they are still perfect. So, I contacted Japer Bees customer support and they responded with 20 minutes!!! They immediately sent me a replacement #2 ball via Priority Mail. However, when I received it, upon racking, I noticed the new #2 ball was just slightly (<1 millimeter) smaller than the other balls. Maybe it is a "batch" thing, I don't know. Anyway, I contacted Japer Bees again and showed them in a short 3 second video that the new #2 ball racked kind of loosely. Again, they responded immediately. So what is their solution? They sent me a completely new set of Superior Deluxe balls. I am not aware of any customer service like this anywhere. Yeah, it would be great to get some $80 balls that were equivalent to $300 balls but that is just not reality. So, with that said, I am very happy with this experience overall. The balls have good elasticity (they distribute nicely after a break) and I am 6'-1" and can hammer the rack with my break cue. So far, all the other balls are good. I'm sure I'll get several years of play out of this set. Thanks Japer Bees for being a good company to work with!!!

Good but...
To start, I did get the deluxe standard set (the cheapest one). I will say these balls do appear to be cheaply made. I recieved the 11 ball with a chip in it, and my 8 ball got chipped the first time I used it (I was doing light practice).I am giving 5 stars because the customer service was nice enough to send me replacement 8 and 11 balls. My 3 and 2 ball got scuffed shortly after though. I didn't bother reaching out about this, and just accepted the fact that they're cheap.I'm an SL 4 player, and I just wanted some balls to practice with. If you want to get balls for your kids or just for practicing I don't see a problem with these. Even if some of my balls are a little scuffed, as long as they're spherical and roll, then they're good to me.
