dos cascos y los dos el mismo fallo
Compré el casco y enseguida se descolgó un lado del visor se salía el tornillo que lo sujetaba. Lo devolví y me mandaron uno nuevo, ha coincidido con mi mes de vacaciones, y solo lo había usado una vez, cuando ayer volví a utilizarlo el mismo fallo. Además creo que ya no puedo devolverlo, puesto que ha debido pasar el plazo para ello. Estoy muy disgustada, no es normal que además no puedas contactar con ellos de forma privada para dar la queja, al menos no encuentro como hacerlo.
