Leaky bottle
Some of the product had leaked out of the container. Glad it was wrapped in plastic or the box would have been satu

WASTE OF MONEY!!
I had high hopes for Mighty Mint. I read the sparse reviews and I am now wondering if the few sparkling reviews this has received are actually fake reviews! The MainStays Peppermint essential oil blend for aromatherapy I get at Walmart works better than this junk! I just put a little of that on a cotton ball and put them in places the mice tend to run and that keeps them away for a few days... this milky white water doesn't even do that! I literally watched a mouse run right through the spot I sprayed not even three minutes later! We have mice. There is no shame in that. It's wintertime and they are looking for warm homes and survival just like the rest of us, but my home is not it!I sprayed this stuff, whatever it actually is, liberally around the baseboards and in a couple of trouble spots. It stunk to high heaven for starters and the fumes made my eyes water and stole my breath. NATURAL PEPPERMINT OIL does NOT do this to me like this stuff did and there is the DISTINCT smell of something else in there that I think overpowers any, if any at all, real peppermint oil is in the bottle. Funny how the ingredient list didn't list exactly what emulsifiers are mixed into the bottle! I really did expect it to have everything listed that goes into the product.I'll be getting REAL peppermint oil that specifies it is not diluted and is 100% pure and using it for sure. I'm going to try diluting it with water.Definite Buyer's Remorse over this useless spray! I had to give this one star just because Amazon requires it to post a review, but honestly, I can't even give this product a half a star because it is so bad!

Smells Fantastic! The mice went bonkers and moved out. Real peppermint oil!
This stuff is COMPLETELY natural with real peppermint oil. I love the way it smells. The night I sprayed the most active room down a lot, the whole place smelled terrific. Night vision camera revealed that the mice had a party and invited all their friends. I thought it didn’t work. BUT… TIME HAS REVEALED IT WAS A MOVING OUT PARTY! At first I didn’t realize that they were being run out of the woodwork… literally. Now a week later, I haven’t seen any activity at all. Now, just to spray down the other rooms and continue on with this, and other measures like traps, keeping all food sources sealed, and searching for and sealing off access points. It makes a great air freshener too but is beginning to fade after about a week. Good tool and a good, quality product.Update After 1 Month:There is no evidence of mice anymore. I had tried everything and had a heavy infiltration of mice. They apparently hate this stuff and don’t want to live here anymore. I am so relieved and so grateful. I was at my wits end. Kudos to this great company. Advice: Spray like crazy everywhere the mice might like… bomb them. I read that peppermint oil makes mice brains believe there is a threat but they get confused and don’t know where the threat is coming from, so they leave the area. This seems true.

Prevent wiring damage to the engine and engine bay
Got this spray as a supplement to an electronic pest repellent mounted under the hood in the engine bay. Spray some old socks and hang the socks over hard surfaces in the engine bay and not in direct contact with the hot engine . Reapply monthly and help prevent 1000's of $$$ in damage from chewed through wires the the ECM,fuel injectors , and other general wiring. I even used some to spray My fabric cusions in My living room to add an energizing aroma to the space, ( I Advise everyone to research the effects that pepperment has on the brain).
