Super secure!
This phone holder is really great! It is conveniently placed and fits securely in the cup holder. My phone stays in place - doesn't shift at all while driving. I like that it sits in the cup holder rather than the dash area so it doesn't obstruct my view. I also like the push button that releases your phone. Other ones I've used you have to stretch the tabs by hand which puts alot of wear and tear on the product. I can see this lasting a long time! One thing to note, my phone case is very bulky so the bottom tab of the mount doesn't reach around my phone with case on. However the side tabs alone hold it tight enough that it doesn't shift. If your cover was any bigger (like if you had a battery case) there is a chance you have to take the cover off.

This cardholder inserts tightly
This car holder is tough. I would have never considered placing this in the cupholder but if you're driving on bumpy roads, this could benefit you. The bottom system keeps the car Mount secure and it locks in tight.

Great cup holder based phone mount!
I bought this for my wife's car. She has a 2018 Honda Pilot and it has a large center console with a couple of cup holders but the dash is far away so one of the styles that attach to the air vents or top of the dash don't really work.So, I picked this one up to use in the cup holder. I really like it because for the price, it's very sturdy. Also, it's mechanical (instead of electrical) which I like for longevity. It fits into the cup holder well and then you twist it until it fits tightly and you're set!Overall, I think for the price, this is a great option for people that need a phone holder that fits in a cup holder.

this one has been the best ive used so far and here is why
this is like my 4th one, 3 others broke on me and i wasnt to happy about that 2 broke when i first clipped my phone on this one i am happy to say did not break! and so far its working good ( few days of full use ) so im super happy with it and i think it gets a 5 star rating as of now, and i give it a 9/10 which is my highest review for one of these holders every Single product i review i personally use and i can say im very happy with everything quality is a bit nicer then others too

Easy to use and adjust - holds phone perfectly.
This is great and easy-to-use stand to hold my phone. I was looking for one that didn't clip into my A/C vent, and finding one to use in my cupholder was perfect. It's easy to adjust the width of the base to fit your cupholder's size, as well as adjust the top part to fit the width and length of your phone. It holds my phone very solidly and has been a great tool to have, especially when using apps like Google maps when I don't want to rely on my car's navigation system.
