Took the ridges in my nails down! Excellent
SEE UPDATE BELOW ⬇️Vitamin A is a fat soluble vitamin. Probably have best results if you take it with a fatty meal. One sign of Vitamin A deficiency is ridges in fingernails. I was taking another form of Vitamin A but I found this one and it is SUPERIOR. This version has been working overtime for me and I'm so glad Now Vitamins had the most bioavailable form. As someone with potential Celiac Disease (analysis pending), absorbing Vitamin A is a struggle. I can't eat a lot of vegetables, so supplements are key for me. I'm going to buy a LOT more of this product. IT DOES make a difference. Thank you!————UPDATE———-This product USED TO get their beta carotene from algae but 😱sneakily switched to a MOLD source plus seed oils. I have had to resource this product. I was wondering what happened. Shame I liked these vitamins and they improved my health. But now they hardly do anything. Mfr went cheaper. Cheaper cost of goods. Mold 🤮. Good job

They help with tanning
They really can give you a tan if you stay consistent with them. Easy to swallow, and I've noticed my vision effected positively in very minor ways. The only thing is that you have to eat foods with high fat content due to the nature of the supplement, or you will be very nauseous shortly after taking them.

Not sure if it's doing anything.
Been using it for a short while. No difference in skin pigmentation in regards to the 10-like effect. Nor has there been any improvement in eyesight. I'll keep using it to see if it works. When the bottle is empty if I don't get any results they won't be buying it again.

Worked for the cat
Well, these capsules worked for their intended purpose, so I'm giving them a 5-star rating. Some rotten excuse for a human being dropped off a cat on our property. We already are at our limit for indoor house cats, so after the necessary trip to the vet, the new guy got to live in our breezeway at night to keep him from getting beat up by all the local barn cats from the neighboring farms. We'd let him outside during when the weather was nice. But, this cat - one of his ears is white. It turns out that white ears get sunburn . . . and then the cat gets skin cancer and the ear has to be lopped off.Fortunately, he was scheduled for another vet visit for updated shots and the vet caught the sun damage to the ear before it became a serious problem. The recommendation was to either give the cat a specified dose of beta-carotene or vitamin A each day. If you went with the vitamin A, you had to keep taking the cat back to the vet for bloodwork to prevent toxicity. Since we're an hour away from the vet, I opted for the beta-carotene.I squirted the contents of two of these capsules on the cat's food each morning and each evening. The cat was no longer allowed outside between the hours of 9 AM to 3 PM (no sunbathing allowed during those hours, the vet said . . . yes, really, that's what she said). The cat's ear healed up in a matter of two months and he no longer needs the beta carotene . . . and he's only allowed out now for an hour or so in the morning and an hour or so again in the evening. And nooooo sunbathing allowed.Beta carotene squirted on top of the cat food results in an orange mug on the cat, btw. (No, it's not lily pollen on his face. He's just fine.)
