Used two bottles and while I won't claim it's helped me lose weight, it is part of my overall "get hot in 2016" workout program. Well, as hot as a 55+ year old guy can be.

The first thing I noticed on the list of ingredients was that it was 300 mg krill oil and 200 mg fish oil, as well as other ingredients. It seems a bit deceiving to call it krill oil when fish oil is almost half of it. The Amazon description also shows that the capsules are 1000 mg but that is for two so the bottle will only last 30 days at that dosage. The gel cap is very large (see picture), and I'm not a fan of large capsules. I was offered a promotional discount to try these and was looking for something less expensive than the krill oil I was previously taking. The capsule I was taking is very small - about 1/2 the size of this one for the same dosage - and it is 100% krill oil. I think I will stick to what I'm taking. Sometimes you get what you pay for I guess and for me, the small capsules are worth the extra cost. Hope this was helpful :)

The best I have found for the price. Totally noticed the difference after taking it in a couple of weeks. Better than the others that cost twice as much!

I've been instructed by my DR to take Omega 3 for quite sometime for my cholesterol. I prefer Krill oil due to it's purity.Krill Oil is known to help your- cardiovascular system, your joints, brain, your liver, your immune system and if you happen to be a woman, your feminine health. It is AWESOME!It is easy to swallow and I have not experience any fishy after taste at all. This is a great plus for an Omega supplement.I did get this supplement at a discounted rate, but all opinions are 100% my own and I never guarantee a positive review.

So far this seems to be working well and a good Krill oil. My dad has a lot of heart issues so he is trying this with a supplement routine I have him on. It will take a little time to tell how well it is helping his issues but so far it is going well but too early to tell for sure of any healing or changes. I've been taking this for quite sometimes now. It seems to help my skin tone and I feel more energized. The pill doesn't have that nasty fishy taste and easy to swallow.
