Purchased this brush set for my newborn. I liked that it had two bristle types and wooden handles. My now 8 month old really enjoys chewing on the ends of the brush- so it can double as a teething toy :D I also use the soft bristle brush to brush his stuffed animals and blankets after I air dry them and it does a great job of getting them soft and fluffy again. Finally, works great as a hairbrush! Great item for a new baby, highly recommend!

Can't say how much I love this baby brush set! It's very comfortable to hold and gentle on baby's scalp. My little guy is already starting to try and do things by himself and loves "brushing" his hair with this brushes. They are very high quality and the wood is all smooth with no chips or any sharp corners.

Horrible chemical smell! I tried washing it and soaking it in soapy water for a few hours and it still has this horrible chemical smell. It's probably the paint that was used on the wood. For a product that is marketed for babies it should not contain any chemical smell. Even if it's not for babies, any item, such as a comb, should not give off a strong chemical odor. I cannot believe this item is being sold here. I am extremely disappointed!

I was disappointed with the lack of quality in the product for the price. One of the brushes spilt and I do not use as often. I have only had this product for a couple of months. For the price and the expected quality the wood should not have spilt (in my opinion). I am no longer eligible for a return and I cannot seem to email the company.

The brushes look great and come in a nice little baggy. But I was pretty disappointed that as soon as I took them out and looked them over one of the wooden bristles (with the rounded tips) broke away from the brush - I didn't even touch it. I hate to think how it'll hold up once my baby's hair is long enough to have tangles! I'm giving 3 stars instead of 2 though, because the brush with the nylon bristles seems good and is helping me tame my baby's wispy locks.

My 3 month old started to have a very dry scalp so we were in need of a hairbrush & this set met all of our needs! I haven't used the stiffer brush yet, but I brush her hair every night before bed & after baths with great results. It also adds to a relaxing routine for us. The soft bristles started to get a little clogged with the dry scalp so I washed it with Castille soap and it's brand new. I would highly recommend this product!

Bought this set of brushes for my toddler and newborn daughter. Usually my toddler dislikes it when we brush her hair, but she loved this one! Works great for detangling her fine "bed head" hair. =) Like that the set is eco-friendly and not made of cheap plastic. Look forward to using these wonderful brushes for years to come. Will definitely come back to purchase more as gifts.
