I placed an order for this product with the understanding that I could expect a refund if not 100% satisfied, according to their statement: "100% SATISFACTION GUARANTEE - Love these spices even more than we love to make them, or you'll get your money back." However, this appears to not be the case because an attempt to return was blocked with a "item not returnable" message.

I was originally searching for lime zest when I came across this product. It was becoming a pain to zest limes myself when I needed it. At a good price, I decided to give this product a shot. Once I received it, I started to experiment, using it in my Cilantro Lime Chicken and my Jalapeno Lime Aioli. The chicken turned out almost as good as when I was zesting limes. I decided to make the Jalapeno Lime Aioli and let it sit overnight. The next day, I tried the aioli and it was awesome. This product is great when you're in a pinch and need some much needed lime flavor.

This is exactly what I was looking for. for some reason there were a bunch of reviews complaining about it not tasting like lime. Not sure where they're getting that from. Tastes exactly like lime with a hint of saltiness. It's a spice and should be treated as such. Looking forward to using this when cooking

This is tarter than I thought lime peel would be. But it does taste like lime peel too, a little goes a long way! It is bitter like lime peel is. Those that complained this is bitter don't know what lime peel actually tastes like. I think this can be substituted for fresh lime peel and be pretty close in flavor if you don't overdo it.

This tastes a little weird. I have two other brands. I have a Food to Live brand that looks white like this one and it tastes better than this one. This one has very little taste, and if I use a lot it just tastes weird. I don't recommend it.

This sounded good but it is the worst tasting stuff EVER! Bitter and not very attractive in the jar. Doesn't look like lime peel that I've purchased in the past.

This is more like lime dust not zested peel. It doesn't have the same visual appeal in the dishes I normally use lime zest/peel in. And you have to be really light handed with it or you can add too much very easily.

Product received is labeled as powder lime and contents nowhere close to looking the same as the pictures. I bought this to try as a replacement to lime zest and it definitely won't work. It's very bitter.
