I ordered when I was prescribed a strong antibiotic for 28 days. Three days after starting antibiotics I had a yeast infection and then I found this probiotic. I took one pill three times a day as directed and experienced no GI or womens health issues after that- I was thrilled, highly recommend.

Works like a quality probiotic should. Really have to remember to take it 3 times a day. Keep in the fridge.
