Perfect fit and function
Bought these for both my R1 and girlfriend's FZ6R. Fit the R1 perfectly and used with the GPI industries paddock race front and rear lifts sold on Amazon, easily lifted the rear of the bike. The FZ6R didn't need these though. The lift took the bike up with swing arm attachments included with the lift.

Good enough
Had one of my old spools vibrate out somewhere on the road so I bought this set. They fit well but they are quite a bit thicker in diameter and are harder to line up with the claws on my rear stand so getting it lifted up is a little tricky. Once the bike is on the stand they are fine its just not as easy to do as it is with thinner spools.
