Works for light swirls
I recently purchased a car with around 90K miles and the windshield has seen better days. As an experiment I decided to polish about 1/3 of my windshield just to see if this is a worthwhile effort and the answer is partially. It did seem to remove the light swirls caused from dirty wipers but didn't do anything for the pits created from rocks and other debris. Overall i do see an improvement and honestly didn't expect it to look like new. Was it worth it? I really need to drive it at dusk for a better perspective but given the mild improvement seen so far i would say yes.Update: After a few attempts it definitely removed the scratches created by the wipers. Definitely a significant improvement overall as visibility is much better. Unfortunately I don’t believe it did anything for the small stone pits.

Not what I though
It's not what I thought. I was afraid of using a stronger grit and scratch the car windows.

Remove scratches on windshield
We had a semi-circular, 1 inch scratch on the windshield due to a defective wiper blade.I tried toothpaste, chrome polish, rubbing compound, several commercial products claiming to remove scratches on glass. Nothing worked.I found this product and decided to give it a try.I added a small amount of water to the compound, then applied it with a wool polishing brush on my drill. I made one pass over the scratched area, then a couple more. The scratches were noticeably better. I repeated the process several times over three days before the scratches were completely gone.I was ready to give up and buy a new windshield until I found this product. The windshield is perfectly clear now. It took some work, but it was well worth it.

Didn't remove scratches on my watch
I used this glass polish to try and remove some light scratches on a watch crystal. The scratches are very light but visible enough that they bother me. I already tried other methods to try and remove the scratches: baking soda and toothpaste, which did absolutely nothing.Does this powder work? Sort of. I used a dremel rotary tool at 15,000 rpm with a felt attachment. I worked on the scratches for a total of about 40-45 minutes, stopping every few minutes to rinse the watch and check for improvements. The scratches are marginally better, where they are now slightly less noticeable, but they're still there. I don't think they'll ever be completely gone. The reason for my low rating? (1) The product is very overpriced for a mere 50 grams of powder; (2) it's extremely messy and not user-friendly (plan on covering your work surface completely and having to spend a long time cleaning up everything, including yourself, once you're done); (3) the product ultimately doesn't deliver on its claims; (4) it takes way too long to get results that you can barely call an improvement at all and, ultimately, the scratches are still there. Is it worth it? It wasn't for me, but it really depends on what type of scratches you need to remove and how much time and work you're willing to put into doing this. I'll keep looking for something that's more effective and not as messy.

Just what I wanted
I scratched both lenses of my reading glasses and was looking for a way to polish them without replacing the lenses or buying new glasses. Did some research and this was the stuff I needed. Made a paste and used my Dremel with a wet pad and worked it for about ten to fifteen minutes, stopping to add more paste or rewet, checking to see progress. You can compare the remaining scratched lens with the one I worked on. Things to keep in mind; these are reading glasses with no coating and I think they may be polycarbonate and not glass. So your mileage may vary. For me it was worth taking a chance. I avoided having to buy another pair of prescription glasses. If you can, work outdoors as the pink paste splatters all over. It washes off easily with water but still.

It does take scratches out BUT
The media could not be loaded. Do not use on insta 360. I found out the hard way that it will remove the clear coat from the lens creating a haze that cannot be removed. It did take out the scratches so 5 stars for that but now I have to completely replace the lens.
