Let me start by saying that this is the very first time I have ever purchased a waist trainer and after some research, based on price this particular waist trainer appeared to be a match made in waist heaven. There were no reviews at the time of purchase so I was hoping all goes well. It kind of did....here's the issue – it’s not for the thick girls, me included!Pros: Fast shipping, product came in plastic with label attached, looks appealing, nice material feel and design, breathable and thin material so doesn’t feel bulky – I assume great to wear all day, has total of 4 spines (not metal), you can move around easily without hurting yourself, fits true to size (I ordered a 6X and it measured 9.5” x 36.5” un-stretched, my waist is 47” and i wear size 20/22), great for ladies who do NOT have extra bulge to hide.Cons: Not for us thick ladies! The waist trainer is not long enough to cover entire tummy area. Length is only 9.5 inches so the choice is to either have the waist trainer sit up high under the breast and subsequently have your “pouch” completely exposed, or place it low around your tummy which then creates a muffin top around your back and tummy. I’ve included pics so you can see what I mean.So after all that’s said and done this waist trainer seems to be a great product for slimmer ladies who are just starting out using waist trainers or those who want to use something for extended hours in a day. So that's why I'm giving it 5 stars! I do NOT however recommend this product for the thicker ladies. But that's no reason to reduce the star rating, so 5 stars it remains!Return and refund here I come!

So I was looking for a trainer to put on for a workout and not fashion purposes. It does not give you that hour glass figure as pictured...lol. I brought a 7x bc it was coming from china and a beat skeptical. I love it bc it doesn’t hurt. It was easy to get into and comfy. I recommend it it you don’t wanna pay $80 and up for a velcro shaper that will wear down. I immediately brought a 6x and 5x for my transition to slim down. And the price is awesome!!! Can’t beat it. I added the photos to add to my point wear it’s not an hour glass but I feel held in. Hope that makes sense. I have it on the first clasp.

At first I was worried that it was too small. I was expecting tight of course and all but it didn't look like it would have fastened at all. I have problems with my fingers so my husband helped me fasten it up. I was worried about it being too tight, too hard to breathe etc. It wasn't. It was surprisingly VERY comfortable and breathable. I think this would be comfortable even in summer. I am happy with it. The next day not so hard to fasten. I am going to wear it a little more each day to get used to it but I did feel it gave me a lot of support in my spine which I need. I'd say for something to start with was well worth it for the price.

Holds in place, easy to hook if you are patient. No bulges if get correct size. Easy to hook, stays zipped, sweat even more during workout & holds in place. Make sure you have your measurements correct when ordering and matching to size chart. I'm a 20w & got the 7xl because of excess skin & muffin top. Been wearing daily for a week, waist has went from 45 to 42 with diet & exercise. On 2nd row of hooks. Two more rows to go before by a smaller size to get back to goal size

I'd bought the 5X back in June the fit was fine. except I didn't get the result I had anticipated. Guess I wanted to have an instant gratification. I've now ordered the next size down and I'm now already on the 2nd row of hooks of the 4 available. A curve is finally beginning to take shape. I'm currently wearing this just over 12 hours a day starting around 8 PM until I wake up each morning.

I am normally a size 22. I ordered a size 7x. It is snug, but is very comfortable and I have an Apple belly. It has also helped some of my back discomfort. I bought it to wear under a bridesmaid's dress, but I will be wearing it more!

Follow directions when ordering. Order the size you are and let the trainer work. It is comfortable! It is hard to put on the first time so give yourself extra time (you may need help).
