Worx for me
If I was to hav any sort of dairy this includes products wiv milk or lactose any derivative really depending on the quantity etc I would hav varied symptoms from gurgling tummy wind to flat out crippling cramps but taking between 1 and 2 tablets prior to a meal or treat definitely has the required effect I may still get a gurgling tummy but once the dairy products hav bin broken down I hav no other symptoms so worx for me

Work well
Works well for me. I take it seconds before my first bite of dairy and I haven't had any issues with it. I don't understand the reviews saying it doesn't work at all. Either you're taking it at the wrong time or you're much more sensitive or you aren't lactose intolerant at all. These have a high level of lactase in it so they work well and I had a scoop of ice cream yesterday with only 1 tablet and it was no problem. I used to get bad cramps and stomach issues from just a splash of milk in the past so I'm happy with these. I would recommend to take more than 1 tablet if you're eating a larger amount of dairy or if you are more sensitive and to make sure you take another one if you are eating for more than half an hour as they don't last very long. So take one with your first bite and another half hour into your meal. If you do all these things and take it with your first bite of food then they should be working. I was worried about getting these rather than my normal brand (out of stock) due to the negative reviews but I'm glad I got them now. I gave 4 stars because they aren't as small as my last ones although they are still easy to swallow.

WOW......What a difference!
I have found these tablets life changing! For the last few years I have had bloating, Stomach pains and diarrhoea. It recently got so bad I was taking Imodium every couple of days. It got to the stage I was worried I had some form of stomach/liver cancer. In desperation I googled my symptoms and noticed insuffient Lactase as you got older was one of the culprits. This means you can no longer digest any dairy food properly. I had nothing to lose so went to Amazon and found these tablets.I was rather cynical and didn't have high expectations for the product. Well the difference was startling! Absolutely no more bloating or any of the symptoms I had before. The tablets are smallish ovals and not too difficult to swallow. I take one a couple of minutes before starting a meal and if it is heavy with cheese etc I take another about 15 mins after I have finished.Another unexpected plus is the muffin top belly I have had for some years (despite being 9 stone and losing more weight) has virtually disappeared in about 3 weeks. I guess my stomach must have been really inflamed and sore to be so swollen. I certainly feel so much better now and I recommend you give these a try.I would guess the people who they didn't work for may actually have a dairy allergy.

Weaker tablets?
These used to be great, but I've started having symptoms again, 10 tablets for anything with cream in doesn't seem worth it 😭, idk if I got a bad batch or something but it used to be that 4 tablets were the perfect amount

Finally brought cheese back into my life.
For years, I ate an absurd ammount of cheese. For years, I was afraid to bring up that I had constant issues with my stomach and I never put 2 and 2 together for the longest time. I gave dropping dairy a try, and hey, it ended up being the answer.I tried to have vegan stuff, and I will NEVER make that mistake again. Just, everything's consistantsy was awful or it tasted like wet cardboard. Lactose free versions of milk and cheese worked perfectly fine for me, but they're usually overpriced or not in stock where I live. So, I finally took a close friend's advice to go ahead and try lactase tablets. And my God, I was able to have a whole pizza, cheese and all. The absolute most I had was a SLIGHT weird feeling in my stomach. Not an hour in the bathroom regretting my choices, just being able to go through my day after that normally.I'm finally able to eat what I used to, though I may tone it down abit since I did lose a nice bit of weight when I cut dairy from my diet.

Allergic Reaction
I started taking these two days ago as my lactose intolerance has got worse over the last year. I've cut out milk and yoghurt, but was still having discomfort.I then realised that my ADHD medication - methylphenidate contains lactose, so thought I'd try these.Yesterday I wasn't feeling great but just thought I was just run down from the weekend, then took another one this morning and started feeling so much worse. Also my ADHD medication isn't working when I take them.I don't think its anaphylaxis, but definitely a bad allergic reaction as I got a stiff neck, shortness of breath, migraine, dizziness, confusion and nausea.Looking at some reddit threads and there are lots of people experiencing a reaction to Lactase Enzyme.Going in the bin...
