I saved 14k last year using this book!
We don't realize how much we actually spend on a day to day basis especially since the use of the credit card.I began itemizing each spending entry and became increasing aware of 'thoughtless' or 'automatic' spending habits that I normally would not take notice of.I would tally up the Month's End Income and Outcome and began to realize that I could save money just by writting things down.Best thing is there is a lot of entries for various types of spending...and a few blank ones for items not listed.By the second year of using this book I actually SAVED 14K! So this little discipline of keeping track of spending (FYI -I only paid 11 bucks for the book itself...) ended up giving my family a paid vacation and savings account boost!I highly recommend this book.
