After being diagnosed with leukemia, I was recommended to try Greens First. Initially, I was skeptical about drinking a green drink, but the mint flavor in this product makes it so refreshing and easy to consume. I actually look forward to having it each day!One time, I ran out and decided to buy a different brand locally. The taste was absolutely awful compared to Greens First, and I regretted not having my usual supply. Now, I always keep a backup canister of Greens First so I never run out.If you're looking for a green drink that not only supports your health but also tastes great, I highly recommend Greens First. It's become a staple for me, and I truly believe in its benefits!

Healthy, provides a nice energy boost (while dieting) and actually tastes great!!

We started using Greens First in 2013 when I was diagnosed with cancer. It was recommended to us by a family member whose spouse also battled cancer. Concerned that chemo would affect my appetite we gave this a try to provide my body with the nutrients it needed. Thankfully I never experienced nausea or loss of appetite but still took this every day during treatment since I was not getting in enough fruits and vegetables in my normal diet. After being in remission and life moving on I didn't make Greens First a priority and only took it occasionally. Then mid 2015 when I became pregnant I immediately ordered more. I took it faithfully during the nine months of pregnancy and for several months while breastfeeding. I truly believe it gave my body the nutrients it needed to be healthy and strong. I find it easiest to take first thing in the morning and mainly supplement this for breakfast. I recommend getting the Chocolate Booster. This product has a minty taste and wasn't pleasant to my taste buds in the beginning but after adding the chocolate booster and some time I found the taste appealing. Several of my family members use Greens First now and have positive things to say about it too.

Great tasting ingredients that mix well in water.

This product is loaded with all sorts of good stuff. The ingredients label speaks for itself. (Go up above and zoom in on the label.)I don't care for the taste primarily because it is heavily flavored with spearmint (and sweetened with stevia). At times it felt like I was drinking spearmint or mint-flavored toothpaste. I was able to somewhat lessen this taste by putting the juice of 1/2 of a lemon in with 1 scoop and ~8 oz of water (1 glass).I eventually decided not to continue purchasing this item because it has spirulina, a blue-green algae in it. Sometimes spirulina supplements can become contaminated with a liver toxin that some (all?) blue-green algae create. This seems like a quality, safe product and spirulina is consumed by many people, but I am becoming one of those health nuts that nit picks about everything, so I'd rather be safe than sorry. Spirulina has also been touted as a high protein food, so I like the idea of it, but I remain hesitant. I also don't really need this supplement anymore as I have "manned-up" to eating raw mature kale and related greens.That said, if the manufacturer took out the spirulina, I'd probably buy this regularly again. Maybe a spirulina-free version just for the paranoid ones of us?I believe this product is ideal for someone who hates vegetables and fruits and is not willing to eat them raw. This allows them to drink a zillion concentrated servings of fruits/veggies in 1 sitting, and you get other goodies too.I originally heard about this product from a reputable chiropractor who extremely health-oriented and exercises all the time.

I have been drinking greens first for about 6 years. I mix it with almond milk. It tastes pretty good and I’ve gotten used to the taste. I notice if I don’t drink it or miss a day or two my gut and stomach doesn’t feel as good. I swear by this stuff and I will never go without it!

I'd been using this product for years when I'd buy it from my chiropractor, but my financial situation changed, and it was either this, and a few other supplements, or rent, so, yeah, this had been off of the proverbial plate for me for a long time. I was recently able to afford this again, but my chiropractor retired, so I was really happy to find it here as it's hands down my favorite greens powder EVER!It's a sweet, minty, refreshing flavor that no other greens I've tried (and trust me, I've tried LOTS over the decades) has come close to. It's delicious plain, but also great with other flavors, too. It blends easily, but you do have to shake it up a bit if you drink it slowly, as it does separate somewhat; I have no problem with this aspect. I just give my bottle a quick toss or two and I'm all set. It does stay blended longer if you use a blender, but I usually just shake it up really well in a bottle with the metal whisk ball thing! (I don't always feel like cleaning the blender, ha!)You get 30 full scoops (scoop included) in the container, and the lid stays on nice and tight to keep it fresh and dry. I drink it daily, sometimes twice, so I buy the 60 servings so I don't run out at the end of the month.The flavor is fantastically bright and refreshing; it doesn't need anything added to it, though I do often add it to unflavored protein and collagen powders in water. I can't imagine going without this stuff ever again... it's THAT good!
