Come earlier than estimate date which was a relief. Estimated date was 5th of February when I ordered and comes within 3 days. I thought it wasn’t going to make it for my daughter’s birthday. My daughter loves everything frozen she’s turned 4 and I decided throw her a frozen party and I got her this doll for her gift and other frozen goodies. The doll looks nice and it is a good size. Haven’t opened yet waiting until her birthday. The price is great it was on offer when I got it so not bad at all. Can’t wait to see my daughter’s reaction when she see this on her party. Definitely recommend this for every frozen fan. Update my daughter loved it she’s taking it every with her she’s keep saying mama I love my doll 😭she wasn’t letting it go the doll goes everywhere with now. I’m very happy my daughter is happy.

Just as described. It's the original Disney doll, it looks just like in the picture. I bought it as a present for my niece because she is obsessed with Frozen and she loves it. It's quite a good price for a Disney doll and it makes an ideal present for your little one. Note that it's the Elsa from Frozen 2, so the clothes are different from the first movie.

This is an accurate depiction of the beautiful Elsa from Frozen (the Disney film). She is nicely made and very pretty and striking, just like the original. Not much to say really but she is more impressive in the flesh as it were, than in pictures. I would heartily recommend her to Frozen fans and for that matter to anyone who likes nice things.

A lovely finished product. But the reason I only give it three stars is because the lovely ice cape will not stay on for love nor money!! It’s a shame as it’s one of the nicest parts about the product and I didn’t even know it had that on it but it just falls off instantly. The doll itself, the boots, the clothing and the hair is really good quality. My daughter is only 2 1/2 and a he’s very happy with it and not bothered about the ice cape, I think it bothers me more!!

All I can say is that this Elsa doll is absolutely beautiful and well made. She was bought for my daughter as she was a good girl while I was away for work for a short time and surprised her with it when I returned. Unfortunately 24 hours later my kid threw her in the bin and announced “don’t like Elsa now” and “don’t like mummy anymore either”. So she’s mine now and looks amazing with my collectibles. For the 24 hours she owned her she loved her intensely I guess young love fizzles out too quickly. Would buy again, but not for a horrible 3 year old!

It’s a lovely product it’s for my gran Daugther for Xmas x value for the money , but I have to say I bought the doll at £9.99 fab value and a writing pad , it all came to over £20 pounds and still had to pay delivery which then made it not such good value 😔

I brought it for my daughter on her birthday. It served as a birthday gift and when she wanted a doll cake for her birthdqy, I just had to take off the costume of the doll and cover it with some icing and cream with cake, to make it a doll cake! So, I would mention it as multi purpose doll!😉

Elsa came in an official Disney frozen box, price was great, it's always a worry when you find something cheap whether it'll be fake or not but it's definitely a original and not fake, doll is great, daughter loves it, her clothes arnt easy to take off which is great if your child constantly likes to get her dolls naked!
