I have been taking these for almost a year now. I mainly take them when I am feeling a cold coming on, or around sick people a lot. I used to get sick all of the time for about 3 years and now - I haven't really been sick in the past year. I would recommend having these around and take them when you are feeling it. Usually 2 per day when you are feeling iffy, and then I will take 2 in AM and 2 in PM when I really feel like I got something. 2-3 days later, it's usually gone before I got actually sick.

Would never be without this supplement and I can honestly say that taking this keeps me healthy and free from colds. Anytime I am feeling that scratchy feeling in the back of my throat, I reach for this and take as prescribed on the bottle. It has been 2 years since I've had a cold.

These work great!! As soon as I begin to feel a cold coming on I start taking these and a cold never develops! I don't want to be without these! I will be purchasing them again! Worth the money
I am on my second bottle of the supplement. I take one capsule in the morning, on an empty stomach, and have not experienced any stomach discomfort. Haven't had a cold since I started the supplement and I work at a school full of sick children every day. If I come home and feel a scratchy throat or feel run down, I take a second dose and feel 100 % by morning.

This stuff is amazing
I work with kids and am constantly sick from fall- winter every year. I just finished my first bottle of Paragon Immunity Booster and have had ZERO cold or flu symptoms since I started taking it! I hoped it would help a bit, maybe lessen my down time when sick, but I'm amazed at the results! Just got my second bottle, bring it on kids!!!

I've been using Paragon on/off for about year now. It has the right combination of ingredients to keep me healthy and raise my immunity level when needed. I am a big proponent of herbs and natural ingredients to supplement what your body can produce on its own, and so far this does the trick.

Good source of elderberry
Elderberry is one of my favorite ingredients to boost immunity during hay-fever season. This cuts down on my sneezing (especially around pollen) but doesnt make me sleepy when I take it.
