Bought this to replace the 5 dollar strip I bought from Walmart, and I'm glad I did. The installation is fast and the adhesive is strong. I personally love the dimming feature and how it works with my alexa, since my old strip had neither of those features. Also love the fade out when you turn it off. This strip has so many extra features compared to a regular one that I'm mad it took me a year to finally upgrade it

Not horrible to install but definitely a frustration. It was a long process of setting up the app and making sure the lights were connected in order to use some of the features. On top of that the adhesion isn’t the greatest and you have to be very careful when you begin to peel the backing or you might remove the adhesion all together. When I finally finished setting up the lights and connecting them to my phone I was honestly more disappointed than happy. The lights constantly give off a high pitch ring when on and they flicker faintly but enough to irritate your vision and give you a headache. Not sure if I just got a faulty string of lights but I would definitely look into different options of LED color lights to avoid the frustration that a simple decoration shouldn’t give.

The adhesion on these things is a joke. I bought a pair of these lights and liked them enough to stupidly buy them again after they broke and started turning different colors because the red in the RGB cables snapped or burnt out or whatever and now the new pair just won’t stick to any surface ever!!! Worst product I have purchased and I can say this with confidence since I only ever spend time writing reviews if I absolutely love an item or despise it and I definitely do NOT love these lights

I do like these lights, they're a good value! I have a small room and I bought one to line near the ceiling, and it covered about half the room. I will be purchasing another. HOWEVER. The adhesion was subpar, despite me peeling the backing right it absolutely would not adhere to my wall. I had to use duct tape. I also do not like the smart life app, as it refused to connect to my Google home. I had to get the tuya app instead. I've also been having issues with the remote. If you need something, these are okay but definitely not the best.

These SUUUUUCK!The colors are great and bright! I love the fact that it connects to Google Home, but these don’t stick! I ordered a quantity of 3 . In all 3 boxes, the led strip had literally no adhesive on the back whatsoever.There was like a 12in price of tape at the opposite end of the strip though.And it was like this on all 3!

I got it on January 27th and install it the same day. After a week it started falling from the ceiling. The adhesive on this one isn’t that good I guess. I also mainly got it because I thought I could control it with my phone but it needs a separate adapter for that.

Don't waste your money! These led lights fell off my daughter's wall after an hour. Tried taping and that didn't work either. As well, the lights would not connect to the wifi! My other kid got the govee led lights and they stay up no problem and hooked up to the phone with no problem. I contacted their customer service and no response

Diese LED's sind eine Enttäuschung es gibt zwischen der Lichterkette und dem LED Kontroller keine! fixe Verbindung drei kleine Zwischenstecker werden mitgeliefert. Mein Trafo hat genau 3 Tage funktioniert... Leider ist diese LED Kette trotz Beschreibung IP65 nicht für Outdoor geeignet da Hinweis auf Trafo IP20 ist wie soll das funktionieren? Weitere ist in der Anleitung die WLAN Anbindung zu SmartLife beschrieben dabei dürfte es sich um einen Scherz handeln. Ich habe sehr viele Geräte welche mit SmartLife gesteuert werden, diese funktioniert definitiv nicht. Es funktioniert nur über einen eigene APP bei der man sich wieder anmelden muss.... dann funktioniert das Ganze 3 Tage... ich werde hier keine Ratschläge zum kaufen oder nicht kaufen geben, bemerke aber dass ich Technisch informiert bin. Dieses Teil wurde ordnungsgemäß entsorgt. Eine Rücksendung war leider nicht möglich da ich diese LED's vorab einer bevorstehenden Installation gekauft habe. Das werde ich auch nie wieder machen.

Ich versuche hiermit den teilweisen Fake Bewertungen, die echt offensichtlich sind, mal entgegen zu wirken. Ich besitze dieses LED Band samt Controller gleich 2mal. Es sind aber 2 Versionen. Einmal habe ich die 5m Version ohne den Zusatz "New" und einmal mit dem Zusatz "New", da die alte Version nicht mehr Verfügbar war. Die erste Version hat mich Vollends überzeugt. Von der Einrichtung bis zum Funktionsumfang einfach super. Hier lädt man sich die Magic Home app herunter und hat damit flexible Möglichkeiten das Led Band zu nutzen. Farbübergange sind individuell einstellbar. Man kann Farben sogar über die Kamera am Smartphone definieren, indem man sie auf irgend ein Objekt im Raum hält. Das LED band nimmt die Farbe des Objekts an, auf das die Kamera gerichtet wurde. Also echt Klasse. Die Funktionalität mit Alexa ist auch einfach und zuverlässig.Jetzt zur neuen Version: Meine Annahme war, ich füge das LED Band einfach zu dem bestehenden mit der Magic Home app hinzu. Aber weit gefehlt, denn bei näherem lesen der Gebrauchsanweisung war ersichtlich, dass man dazu jetzt wieder eine neue App benötigt. Die TuyaSmart App. Hier hat es ewig gedauert bis ich die Gebrauchsanweisung eindeutig verstanden habe und die Einrichtung gelang. Dann die nächste Ernüchterung. Die Einstellungsmöglichkeiten sind hier leider ziemlich Linear und unflexibel. Keine nahtlosen Farbübergange mehr, sondern immer nur eine Farbe nach der anderen. Keine Kameraunterstützung etc. Nahtlose Übergänge lassen sich nur über die mitgelieferte Fernbedienung einstellen. Jedoch nicht über die App und somit auch nicht über Alexa. Ansonsten funktioniert es mit Alexa Reibungslos. Jedoch auch nur in dem Umfang die die App hergibt. Insgesamt hat man sich mit der neuen Version verschlechtert, aber wer die alte nicht kannte wird es nicht vermissen. Wer ein bisschen Smart Home Erfahrung mitbringt und einfach nur ein Alexa gesteuertes LED band sucht, ist damit aber trotzdem gut bedient.

Verpackung und Lieferung wie immer gut. Anleitung ist für Menschen ab 30 Jahren nicht zu lesen, da soooooo klein gedruckt. Anleitung grauenhaft. Erst nach 2h Verbindung zu Alexa geschafft und das nur dank google.Nicht zu empfehlen.Nachtrag: Nach dem Ausschalten gings gar nicht mehr. Zurückgeschickt!

So meine lieben ich habe die schnur im partykeller alle hoch begeistert schön hell viele Möglichkeiten über die app die Verbindung ist sehr leicht herzustellen bereue dennkauf aufjedenfall nicht mal sehen 5m sind zwar nit viel für ein keller also schluss um wird demnach nochmal bestellt

Schlechtes LED Band, welches ein Wackelkontakt hat und selbst bei ausgeschalteten Zustand noch leicht leuchtet. Auch der Stecker hält nicht gescheit. Verkäufer hält außerdem seine Versprechen nicht ein, obwohl dieser mir schriftlich zugesichert hat, dass ich Ersatz erhalte. Seit 2 Wochen werden meine Mails einfach ignoriert.
