Compact- great for handbag!
Haven’t actually looked in this little booklet yet. But I love the sturdiness and the size.

I think it's perfect for beginners
I think this will be a good book as I start my journey with Keto the only thing I did not like is that it does not lay flat on my fridge on the one side. There are some spelling mistakes that I can get over. It even came with little cards to keep in your wallet for when you're eating out and suggest things to eat at the restaurant. All in all for what it is and for the price it's worth it

Good resource
It’s a great resource if you’re new to keto, I’m not new to keto, but it’s also good if you just need a quick reference for numbers in certain foods. the magnet is very strong and stays where you put it. I have it on my fridge.

Just what I needed
I just started a Keto diet and this little book is invaluable. I use it everyday to look up macros of food instead of looking things up online. It's small and handy. I like the size, sturdy flip pages, and keep it next to my log book to track what I eat. I'm very happy I picked this book.

Handy tool
I find this very easy to use and a nice quick reference. The carb information is Net Carbs and not total carbs. I somehow missed that part in the description.

Tasty recipes but not a physical cookbook
I felt like the description was a little misleading. I thought I was getting a physical cookbook, but instead got a chart of nutritional info about different foods. We almost sent it back but realized that there was an "e-book" a pdf of recipes/weekly meal plans/shopping lists. I wasn't a fan of having to print off the recipes but have actually really enjoyed them. Everything was really tasty so far and having the shopping list was really easy. Spiced pumpkin soup, veggie quiche, gyro salad with avo-tzatziki, and sausage cabbage skillet were some of our favorites. Looking forward to trying the 3rd week of recipes.
