Great Source Of Shade, Durable Design
Unique product with an awesome design! Perfect addition to your camping gear to keep cool in the shade and sets up very quickly on trees. We have taken this on picnic trips and as long as you’re among some trees, you’re golden. Make sure you read that this shade is not waterproof. It allows a little bit of light to pass through and makes for a more natural feel when hanging out beneath it.

Perfect solution to our problem
We used it to create a shaded area on my 90-year-old mother-in-law's porch so she can sit and watch the golfers. It's exactly what we wanted and the temperature is noticeably cooler underneath it. It does tend to sag a little with rain and tree debris tends to collect on it but otherwise no complaints.

Good Size and Shape
I was thrilled when I stumbled upon this sun shade! I have been wanting get one for our backyard to extend some shade beyond our patio but other sun shades I have seen are fairly small. When I saw the size (12x16) I knew it was time to pull the trigger! I also like the neutral color that will camouflage the dirt that is bound to end up on it.

Large, Durable Sun Shade
We bought this sun-shade for camping. It was a lot larger than our needs, but we will make it work. Overall, the workmanship and quality are high. As you can see from the pictures, the seams are folded over and double stitched. With such a large shade tarp, it would hang easier if there were 6- attachment points, and not just 4 in the corners. The nylon rope ties that came with it, we found, did not hold a knot, so we attached paracord ties and that worked great. If purchasing to use for a patio, this would work well. It has a 97% UV protection rating, and a 90% shading rate. We are happy with it!

Torn corners within a month
What was that about double-stitching and D-rings for added strength?Marketing garbage, that's what. It's been a month, we've had no storms, and already I'm missing an entire D-ring because a corner failed. I'm holding it up with a caribiner and ship rope, but it's getting ready to tear the entire corner off (As shown by the large hole in my second photo. I did not cause that hole. The failure of the D-Ring and nylon sheath caused it).Conveniently, I no longer have an option to return this - let alone contact the seller directly to address this. $40 for cheap nylon and tremendous hassle.Modern day capitalism. The freedom to choose from an array of cheap garbage, and waste your money on it.
