Overall the cap is good - a good fit and does the job. I have only worn the cap once but Unfortunately I have noticed a small tear in the material just above a seam as in the photo. Obviously it won't stop me wearing it!

Great quality, looks expensive - have large head - delighted it fitted! Great faded look too. Only criticism is the peak is very short, so more stylish than actually practical.

Love the look. Adjustment to fit my smaller head a little bit of a fiddle. Probably not top grade material - but its only a cap and still tough enough for my needs.

The good = soft and nice looking on a small head.The bad = the description says it fits from 7 1/8 - 7 1/2, which is inaccurate. It will cover your head if you wear those sizes, but if you are larger than 21 3/8 inches, it will totally distort and lose all shape when you wear it. I'm 22.5 inches, which falls within the listed sizes by all charts. If your head is larger than 21 3/8 inches buy a different hat.

It is somewhat small, but it is also a thin, sort of "papery" cotton. It's neither soft, nor strong and durable.There is a similar line of hats on amazon that are "distressed" - they have a few pre-frayed areas on the brim - that are overall much higher quality, have a velcro closure and cost $7-$8 and come in a few different colors - that are much much better quality.this hat isn't horrible or defective, but comparatively one can do better

I bought the color identified as "Navy" because the illustration showed a color that looked a lot lighter than that - closer to a "washed denim" hue. And that's what I got, so I'm very happy with the hat. I especially like the fit-adjustment strap in back - it's fabric, not plastic, and because it works by sliding the fabric strap through a metal gizmo, the fit is infinitely adjustable, unlike hats that use plastic tabs with their series of pimples and holes.

Love my new hat, just ordered more colors. The navy choice is an antique denim wash shade, to my eye a medium shade of washed denim. My favorites features: hot weather suitable cotton, flat top, good color distressing, a stiff brim smaller than my ball caps, but still a brim, a good sized pony tail hole, and the adjustment system. The adjustment is easy to operate yet inconspicuous. It takes a flathead screwdriver or similar tool to tuck the extra tab into a slot...fabulous so there isn't a "pull ones hair out Velcro flying around tab." Best system I've ever encountered. The brim is firmly stiffened and measures 2.25" at the center, the widest part.My head measures 22.25" and there is lots of room to make hat smaller, but cannot offer info on max size because I was making the hat smaller and thus didn't pull the tab all the way out. I like my hats to stand up so I am leaving the plastic shipping insert in the hat. When that dies, I'll make a substitute from a water bottle or cardboard. The only negative (that I don't care about) is the seam at the front does not line up at the center.

Exceeds my expectations for quality. Also, it came nicely packaged. It did not come squished down as some have complained about other hats. It was in a large plastic bag in a decent sized box and had a plastic molded insert in the main body of the hat to ensure it did not get squished. That insert almost seems to be overkill as the hat is sufficiently rigid on its own. I got the green and it's exactly as I wanted. Fits perfect, too. Highly recommended.

This does what a hat is meant to do. Simple. Protects my head and eyes from elements and sun. Material is good for moderate climate conditions. No anomalies seen in construction. In my opinion, distressed hats are for distressed people. When I wear this cover, I feel confident it will perform as expected. If I want a distressed hat I will give it to my dog to chew for an hour or so, take it down to the river, wet it down, soap it up and beat it on a rock, rinse it and wring it out and place it on my head. Then I will be distressed because I just ruined a perfectly good cover! I got what I paid for and I like it.

I really do love it. This is one of those hats that you love so much you wish you would have ordered two of them. A really well made hat with quality material. I can see wearing this hat quite often for lots of reasons. The color on this one is like none I've seen. I went ahead and ordered the black one also, and love it just as much. I will most definitely be getting more of these hats. One of each color. Maybe even two of each. I'm very pleased. I'm a hat wearing kind of guy, and consider this to be one of the best of I've ever bought. Great price too!

Maybe I am just too picky. When you look at the posted pictures of the hat, you wonder why they would post a pic that shows the hat to be uneven and off center. I assumed it was just a fluke of a picture. But trust the picture. What you see is what you get, or worse. I gave it a try, and I found the material and style to be very pleasing, the fit to be good, but the overall craftsmanship - the actual putting together of the hat - leaves a LOT to be desired. I returned it, received my full refund, and that will be all.

I would have given the review a 5 if I had received the color cap that I ordered, but I was sent a green cap when I specifically ordered the khaki color. I'll keep the cap because the fit is good and it will be okay for yard work. When I tried to order the khaki color on 9/19/2019 it now shows that the Khaki color won't be available until late October. So why not just advise it's not currently available rather than sending something that wasn't specifically ordered.Update: I checked to see if the Khaki cap delivery date might have changed. The previous October delivery date information is no loner there and now the pic that looks like it's showing the "Green hat B color" pic as the "new" khaki color. Their ball cap style picture is Khaki, this is not khaki. In any case, at least now you can see what the real color will be before you order. As for me I'll look for another Amazon seller to get the khaki color I expect and want.
