Great Sunscreen; Great Value
OK...first of all we need to clear up one thing. SPF Rx sells 2 different sunscreens on Amazon: Sport and Mineral. The Mineral is a more organic sunscreen and is potentially "safer" to use, particularly for children. I am reviewing the Sport sunscreen, which is similar to the majority of sunscreens sold in drug stores, costco, etc.SPF Rx Sport is great. The consistency is creamy and goes on easily. It is not greasy. And it does a good job of protecting me from the harmful rays of the sun. This happens to be the same sunscreen that is in the locker room at our golf club; that's how I knew about it.Again, this is the Sport version. Be careful when purchasing as the packaging looks very similar for both the Mineral and the Sport varieties. The Mineral option will have zinc oxide in it and will leave, to some extent, a white-ish paste wherever it is applied. This is true for all sunscreens that are zinc oxide based.Overall, I really like the RPF Rx Sport. It's economical, easy and pleasant to use and does a good job protecting your skin.

NOT a good quality product like it WAS in PREVIOUS YEARS.
We've ordered this item 3 yrs running & have recommended it to many family and friends. HOWEVER, this years formula is NOT of good quality. The product does not go on smoothly, like previous years, and it doesn't last. My family even got burnt for the first time EVER, using what we thought was a trusted product for our family. I work in dermatology and we are religious about applying the sunblock prior to going out on our boat, and reapplying every 1-1.5 hours. We've never had a sunburn or issue with this product, until this year. Our pump even leaks!!! Very frustrating. Looks like we're not the only customer having these issues either. Hopefully the company resolves the issues. For now, Amazon is refunding our costs & contacting the company with my complaint.

Protected my lifeguard daughter all summer!
Very happy with this sunscreen. I purchased it at the end of Spring when my daughter got a job as a lifeguard. Her job requires her to rotate positions every 20 minutes, and many of the positions are not under an umbrella. Also, she (as as well all the lifeguards), are often tested which requires her to jump in the water and save a "dummy". Then jump out and get back to their post without getting to reapply sunscreen. She has fair/light skin and although she did get a a light tan by the end of the summer, she never got burned. Also, she and I applied it when we arrived at Magic Mountain theme park. We spent about 6 hours at the park, got really drenched on a water ride, and spent 2 hours in the direct sun (sweaty profusely) waiting in line for some roller coaster, and the only place I got red was the back of my neck where I forgot to apply it. And she didn't get burned at all. I love that it comes in a pump as it's much neater and easier to dispense.

Seems to be a good product, FOR THE SECOND TIME:no protective seal when received
The pump is very convenient, my family likes that. Seems to prevent sunburn, used it only once so far.Concerning is that there was no protective seal under the cap when I received it. I discovered it as the bottle was lying down before I got to it to use it. There was sunscreen leaking out of the cap, within the cellophane wrapping. As if it had been opened once before, then resealed with cellophane. Second purchase: I'm adding pictures this time, because it clearly appears a seal has been removed from this bottle, although it's shrink-wrapped. WTH?

Arrived with Safety seal removed.
Opened bottle cap and the safety seal had been torn off. Bits of seal still remained around the lip of the bottle. So clearly this product had been tampered with. I had to request a refund and toss the product due to safety concerns.

(Skin is dry) It appears greasy and worst of all
I have bought this sunscreen for three years in a row. The first two years, it was exceptional. We are a heavy aquatics family and none of us have burned and we spend hours upon hours in the water at a time. The product went on smooth, clear, and I felt was very nongreasy. This year, everything is different. Product has patchy spots when applied to skin as though it cannot be rubbed in. (Skin is dry) It appears greasy and worst of all, we are now all burning. It was an excellent product and now it has gone South. It's unfortunate because it was a great sunscreen. Likely will not buy again.

This batch not same as previous.
Have purchased this product previously in tibes and quarts, but in this batch it had a runny consistency and it burned my eyes like a chemical product. Almost like they put the wrong stuff in the tube or changed their formulation.
