Received on 6th day at a non ready to use condition, so sad it took 30 minutes to fix and align the burner positioning, plate and the rubber bush for a technical person like me who has all kinds of imported branded tools, all the three nut bolts of burner and the plate was loosen and one was missing (found in carton) rubber bush were not tighten, a sticker is beautifully sticked in front saying “OK TESTED” …I don’t understand what kind of testing they conduct prior to packing in the production line, don’t say it’s due to transportation…it’s not transported in bullock cart from Delhi to kerala, it’s the key responsibility of producer to make sure to avoid such situation by using spring washers in addition to normal washers, sorry to say….this is how our Indian brands and standards are…negligence on every stage …never happens to an int’l branded product. correct it

The media could not be loaded.  I am a food youtuber. The glass top cracked while recording. Check attached video. Also other quality issues like knob sticky/leakage within 6 months. Poor customer service response. Highly unreliable, poor quality and dangerous item.

Good product

Product looks great jus as shown in photos. Has good n sturdy knob with good control of gas even for a low flame cooking. No leaks as of now. Have been using for >1 month now n no negatives as such. Feels little fragile but hasn’t broken or anything yet
