Worked well to reduce my Homocystiene level from 13.1 to 6 in 1 month, but from what I read online, for my level of 13.1, I needed to take double the recommended dose of the Homocysteine Modulator, and I added a couple additional suppliments recommended to be taken with it: N-Acetyl-L-Cysteine 500mg and Vit B2 100mg.

I have MTHFR 1298c and 677T one copy from my mom and one from my dad. Stress is a killer and I have had more than my fair share.
