Probably the best storage containers I have in my pantry. They are heavy duty yet easy to open and so far from what I can tell are air tight. I tested the air tightness claim by storing some fresh ground coffee in the small container and after a week the coffee still had a fresh aroma when opened and tasted like fresh ground. I know this is not a true test for "air tight" but if it keeps coffee fresh I'm happy.The measuring levels in the lid are handy..a nice touch.Over all these are quality, durable food storage containers that can be displayed on a kitchen shelf or counter top and appear pleasantly pleasing.

I really like the jars, definitely airtight!! Put some water in it to test it and no water leaked out. Gave some as gifts as well, and everyone likes it.Pros: airtight, like that it can be stored on the counter, fridge, and freezer. Cute designCons: need larger sizes, the lid can be hard to open when cold because of the airtight seal which is technically a plus, purchased these with my own money!!

These jars are perfect! Smaller jar is great for coffee. Larger jar is good for pasta or granola. I no longer need big containers that are heavy.It's easy for me to grasp and turn the lid. Measuring cup lid is a very clever idea and very helpful. I like that they are a heavier glass that won't crack or break easily. Opening is large enough to reach inside to thoroughly clean. I only wish the set of three jars were available.

When I order, I was not sure the overall quality of the product as it said glass and you are getting two containersI am happy to report, the product is very well made, definitely a good value. I bought these to store pureed garlic in the fridge, The small container is great for that.The reason I give the product 3 stars, is the lids. They are hard to open, especially when cold. They are rounded with a large circumference and have nothing to grip with. So, opening can be a real challenge. I will use them and like them, I just wish they would make some redesigns to the outside of the lids, making them easier to open

These are great storage jars! I love that there is a measuring cup in the lid of the jar so I don't have to dirty a separate measuring cup. I am in the process of trying to get rid of all plastic in my kitchen and these jars fit that bill and they look great. Like the picture, I store almonds in my large jar and Reese's Pieces in the small jar.I would love to purchase more of the larger sized jars but unfortunatley they are only sold in the small and large jar set. I wish that they offered a larger jar, at least a 32-40 oz. capacity.

Glass, airtight, nice to look at, the measuring cap is a cool touch. Bought one for myself on sale thru KinjaDeals/Gizmodo, and immediately got one (regular priced) for my mom who has an ant problem in her kitchen.She likes it, used it right away, and they're easy to open despite the shape (:Note the sizes are pretty small but i use mine for coffee and my mom uses hers for sugar. the capacity of each is sufficient for me! .

I bought two sets of these and love them. I originally gave them 5 stars. I received a 30% discount card in the box and was told to register it on their website. I have tried three times. The site says to join the VIP club which I did. It says they will send my discount via email but three times later, nothing. I tried emailing them. So far no response. I called the toll free number which said to leave a message but the voice mail system doesn't work and I can't leave a message. I want to buy more but am frustrated and disappointed.

These are very nice jars. I needed something air tight to store dry yeast in the freezer. I wanted something that was compact but sturdy; I didn't want them breaking if you knocked them against something. The small one of these was the main attraction to me, and I do like the thick walls, and the tightly fitting top. Both of the two jars are a bit smaller than I would have liked, but that is just what my application was to be. If the size of the containers had been about 25% bigger, it would have been perfect, but these will do nicely.
