this product chafes while working out and pushing around and isnt very great for comfortability,works as intended but. not ideal for manual wheelchair users[we normally have a wide chest due to the way we push our chairs]upper chest could be "slightly" wider. stomach was perfectly fine.3/5 worth a buy if you've got a normal physique

I use it for outdoor HIIT training so it makes you sweat even more whilst keeping you warm. When you take it off that is when you really appreciate how effective it was!

Vest is perfect if you ask me about the size so if you wear t shirt size M you should buy it also In size M, of course you will know that you wear it because it is little stiff and not so comfortable like I wish it could be, but it not limiting your moves or anything, so far I’m very satisfied with a purchase and maybe I will buy another one if a future.

I ordered the blue non zipper in size M, At the time of ordering I was waist 34, I am 176cm tall. It’s a little long. It was £15.99 and free delivery. I ordered the blue instead of the black as it’s actually reversible and the stitching on the blue is inside out so I actually wear it with the black on the outside, not that it really makes any difference, but at the time of buying the black was more expensive so better to buy the blue and just wear it inside out which is in fact the right way if that makes sense!It did smell on arrival but it’s quite a nice petrol kind of smell. It goes away after washing anyway. It washes well.It definitely works. I use it when skipping/jump rope. And it makes me sweat a lot more than without it on. It’s lightweight so won’t realise you’re wearing it. It has become a little loose now as I’ve lost around 6kg in 8 weeks of daily use. But it still does the job. I wear it on top of a thin t-shirt otherwise it would stick to me.I’ve been recommending it to my family and friends.

Great fit although could be tighter around the middle to “hold” the stomach in a bit more. Great feel, comfortable to wear and easy to wash!
