These are exactly as described. I hand-painted custom tote bags for Christmas this year for my business, and I sold out. I will be purchasing these again and again to continue to sell. Any of the reviews that say they shrunk in the wash those people probably dried them on way too hot of a heat cycle.I always use the delicate or hand wash setting on my washer machine, and I dry on tumble low heat. They never shrink

I did not smell mildew. Anyone that knows anything is that all fabrics are pretreated and need to be washed before use. I will be using them again for sure to make my other creations! Thanks guys!

Great bags but the service and support behind them is even better.I purchased these in order to make customized bags for my employees as holiday gifts. The bags are sturdy and well-made. The only opportunity area was that they had an unpleasant smell which was removed with one pre-wash.Cool Day reached out to me proactively to ask me what my experience was with the bags. They were so responsible and responsive to the problem I was having and stayed with me until they found that the bags have been laundered, no longer had the smell, and met my expectations. Extraordinary!

I've ordered several tote bags at a great price, but the quality has always been cheap. I run a small business with HTV, and quality products are very important to me. I've wasted a lot of money trying to find quality tote bags at a good price and have not had any success until I bought these bags. I have not tested them with HTV as of yet, but the quality alone makes me happy.

This seller was was wonderful! When I opened the canvas bags and pulled them out of the plastic bags, my first thought was that I was supper happy with the size and the material. It’s made of a nice thick canvas, not flimsy at all! I also noticed a really strong chemical odor. I had decided to try to let them sit out for a few days. But within a day or two, the seller actually reached out to me to see if I was having an issue with the smell. When I told him yes, he asked if I would try washing them in the machine in warm water and to please let him know if that didn’t work and I agreed. I washed them on the gentle cycle with warm water and my normal detergent and they came out great. (I hung them to dry rather than putting them in the dryer.) I truly appreciated the fact that this seller checked in without me even having to reach out first and offered to make things right if washing didn’t help. Excellent bags and excellent customer service!

With Wal-Mart and several other stores jumping into the green earth thing, these bags are just what you need. Large enough to really carry something! Why pay for paper bags that will rip in the slightest rain/dampness.

I loved these bags! I used them for gifts for a litter of puppies we had! I made iron ons for them and they turned out perfect! I reordered the bags for my daughters sleep over party treat bags!

I had to wash these twice to rid them of the awful chemical smell. They washed and held up fine, but they are not as sturdy as pictured (even out of the bag they dont stand straight). All that said they are nice bags for the price, just know you will need to wash and iron them prior to use.
