Great for a Princess and the Pea Type
I take a couple of these before bed and they deepen my sleep. After a month or so of taking them, my skin feels smoother as well.I found Tim Gotyetche's youtube videos of facial signs of tissue salt deficiencies very helpful in diagnosing which tissue salts I needed.Tried Hylands brand first, because they were available locally, but this Schuessler brand is far more effective.
