I’m very impressed with this brush! I am trying to train my hair to go even longer between washes, and I’m an avid lover of dry shampoo. However I decided to try a boars bristle brush to help my hair get through the non-wash days. I didn’t expect it to help so much! Yesterday my hair was feeling very dirty after many days without washing, i brushed out the tangles with a regular hairbrush then used this to thoroughly brush through my scalp oils, distributing to the rest of my hair. Then I went to bed and when I woke up this morning my hair feels practically freshly clean, not to mention extra soft! Seriously amazing - I don’t use everyday just before bed when my hair is particularly dirty. Make sure to brush directly from the root of your hair all the way to the end and take your time so you distribute the oils. Worth the purchase if you don’t like to wash your hair frequently!

Soft bristles. I use them for brushing lint off my locs. And distributing oils down them. Perfect for how I use it. Too soft for styling loose natural (curly coils) I would imagine.

I have thick, coarse and wavy hair and wondered if this would work for me. It does. While it doesn't reach deep into my hair due to the very soft bristles, it does an excellent job of smoothing the surface layers, getting rid of most of those fly a ways and clumps. The brush I used to use was one of those that has those plastic bristles with little balls on the end of each and it leaves wide clumps of hair, but it does go all the way deep to my scalp.. This brush will soften those all up top layers easy. I brush first with the plastic brush and then finish styling with this soft brush. The comb is fairly small and would work well to detangle hair once it has been washed and it still wet. The quality is very nice. Feels more expensive than it is.

I must admit, I bought this for my cat. Yes honestly. I have tried every kind of pet brush and human brush I can think of. She is a long hair cat and would not tolerate . She is a long hair cat and would not tolerate anything! But she loves this brush. It doesn't reach us deeply if some of the others but it gets out a lot of loose fur. She will even let me brush her jaws with it. I like the brush. I've had my precious kitty for At least 8 years now. This is a 1st good brush.My mother was a beautician and she said always go for a boar bristle brush. They're really good for your hair. It's the only reason I was looking at them in the 1st place. It was for myself, but then I decided to try it on the kitty. Lol I never know what you're gonna do!

I wanted to love this brush I tried to love this brush I tried and tried and tried but I don’t I like it but the bristles aren’t touch enough it’s too soft which if that’s what you’re looking for this brush is for you. But if you’re looking for the boar brush with bristles that are harder this brush isn’t for you. The size and the look of the brush is nice, I won’t discuss the comb since I’m not sure what the purpose of it is it’s useless darn I guess I did discuss the comb 🤷🏽‍♀️Update: I like the brush I used it again and although it’s not a hard brush I liked it that way. It was easy to brush my hair only a few easy strokes. I would recommend this brush. 🙌🏾🙌🏾

I have long hair and a lot of it. My hair is relatively fine, and I have so many strands of it that I find it pretty heavy and thick overall. This brush does a great job de tangling and smoothing without the pain that many other brushes have given me. I was really happy with it, so I had my picky daughter try it out and she loved it so much I bought her one. She reports that it no longer hurts to brush her hair and her hair looks way less oily on top as this really helps distribute the natural oils that she tends to get a little bit too much of on top of her head. We are both very, very happy with this brush.

I haven't used a lot of natural fiber brushes and I wanted to try one to better distribute the oil in my hair. This brush comb set is pretty nice. The bamboo feels sturdy, in both the comb/ brush handle, and the bristles are soft.I have thin wavy hair, and this made my hair look smooth and shiny with less noticable flyaways. The fibers didn't pull a lot, so it seems like there is less breakage compared to regular brushes I've used. The comb has rounded edges that are very smooth, so it doesn't hurt or poke your scalp.

Review for boar bristle brush. I received this product about 2 weeks ago and I have no complaints on this product. I haven’t used a boar bristle brush in years and while this one is softer than brushes used in the past, it is great of short hair. I haven’t used the comb it comes with so my review doesn’t cover that.I would recommend this brush for someone looking for a softer, natural, boar bristle brush.
