Appears genuine OEM without retail packaging
The pipe assembly appears genuine, but was not packaged in the original Toyota-imprinted retail box. Instead it was packaged in a plastic bag sealed with scotch-tape. Definitely not a retail packaging. There was a Toyota-branded sticker on the bag that appeared genuine. The pipes are soldered (not welded) together at the seams and to the flanges. I have seen pictures of parts sold as OEM with both welded and soldered seams. Not sure if that is any evidence of OEM vs. aftermarket. The quality appeared good, although a couple of small divots were observed on the flat surface of one flange, similar to what another buyer pointed out. Flanges were covered with plastic lids for protection. The part fit nicely in place. No issues with accessing the bolts and nuts with proper tools. Upon installation I did not observe any leaks, at least on the initial testing. The part does not include gaskets. The part number for a set of pipes with gaskets is 04004-29131 and may be much cheaper than buying pipes and gaskets separately.Installation tips: You will need to remove 2 studs at least on one flange (not mentioned in the repair manual procedure). A 6mm hex socket works well for that if you do not have a proper female torx socket. Remove the A/C bracket (2 bolts) to get access to the flange on the engine side (also not mentioned in the repair manual). A universal joint swivel socket adapter and a set of socket extenders makes the job much easier.

OEM at the reasonalble price.
Watched a few YouTube video how to replace this on my 2011 Lexus RX 350. Fits perfect! Working at home without the ramp was hard on my shoulder and arms. You will need anything higher than a ramp to work underneath the car to get more comfortable. Don't forget to order also the gaskets: 11496-31010 and 15785-31010 and you are all set. Good luck and have fun.

It works very well.
You will need a reverse torx socket to install these.

Perfect fit (review is 15 months after purchase)
Installed February 2018 on a 2007 Sienna - reviewed July 20, 2019.We were one of the luckier ones as our hose broke a couple miles from home, so no engine damage. My wife smelled burning oil getting off the freeway and called me home from work because she thought something blew up in the van (there was oil all over the undercarriage and throughout the engine compartment). Anyway, like others (and probably you, too), Googling this issue has led you to this part. I debated on a couple of suppliers but went with this one based on a YouTube where a guy used this part in his repair (sorry can't post the link).I bought this gasket from Amazon:https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00KTIK9T0/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o00_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1And the other gasket I bought at the dealer since it was in stock and it was not in stock on Amazon at the time I needed it. I also bought this tool set from Amazon (you'll need it if you don't have these kind of sockets):https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B000K2K9RW/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1Doing the job was a pain at times (I think it was one or two of the screws or nuts were at a weird angle in a tight spot), but I got it done with the help of some universal joint adapters on my socket wrench.Anyway, despite the hassle of the whole ordeal (Toyota should have used a metal pipe from the get-go), this was a success and I justified doing it myself since I got to buy more tools (including others that had nothing to do with this repair) as I saved hundreds by not having the dealer do it or even my usual mechanic who does the stuff I don't feel like doing.

Mine only came with 1 gasket?
Excellent product!!!! Fortunately for me my wife noticed a massive amount oil pouring from underneath her Sienna Limited and shut if off immediately. She saved the motor in her beloved Sienna! After a quick google search I determined it was the oil cooler lines. I pulled up Amazon, ordered this and slapped it on and got the G-Wagon road worthy again. One thing I was disappointed about was that it only came with one gasket. I just stopped by O-Reilys and they gave me the other one free of charge. I live an hour from O-Reilys so that was a bit of a PITA, but otherwise great product. I think it is just as good, if not better than OEM. Despite the missing gasket it would be a 5 star.

Not sure this is OEM
After installing the passenger side, the driver side didn't sit flush to the surface, it was off by about 4mm so I had to tighten the nuts to force the pipe into position. Not ideal. Now there's a tiny leak likely from the bad shape of the pipe and I have to redo the whole thing. I'm not 100% sure this a real Toyota part because both surfaces were unable to sit flush at the same time.
