It's Gorgeous!!!
Perfect combination of form and function! This watch is sleek and elegant while keeping track of all the important health stats that I need. It motivates me to meet my step goal, to move, to drink more water, to stretch and to breathe...and it tells the time :-). I absolutely love it!

Great watch!
Love this watch. I only give the watch app 4 stars because on occasion, it won’t sync up with my watch and I have to reconnect.

Loveeee this watch! Even if it doesn’t tell analog time.
Love this watch! I wanted a smart watch that looks professional. I get a ton of compliments on it and you can buy additional bands online. I love how it lets me know when my heart rate gets too high or I get too stressed out. I only charge it when I shower and it’s never died. Unfortunately I have to realign the analog face of the watch one to two times a day. I haven’t found a reason for it happening but fixing it takes less than 5 seconds. I keep the digital clock on the face to keep time. This is why I rated it 4 stars. Edit: the watch broke within a year.

Great concept, POORLY executed.
The basic "smart/fitness" functions of this watch don't work properly. The GPS is COMPLETELY inaccurate (no its not my phone because I would run Strava at the same time and would get accurate data) The watch keeps disconnection from the phone - the find my phone on the watch doesn't work because it keeps disconnecting and tells me I need to connect the watch to my phone before I can find my phone....hmmm, okay so what's the point? It is a very beautiful watch, but I wouldn't even pay $100 for it. The band is also scratchy and HORRIBLE. Very disappointed.

Best Smart Watch out there!!!!
LOVE this watch. It’s pricey but worth every penny! It tracks heart rate, sleep cycles, it alerts for all phone notifications and more. Amazing watch. Can’t say enough good about it!!

Great concept, but improvement needed before I buy
I wanted a gorgeous accessory to wea Rin my high end office and also a functional fitness watch, emphasis on fitness apps and information, but contactless pay and other features a bonus. After two days I've decided to return it. Although it DOES have the fitness features, coming from Fitbit I am underwhelmed with the app. It's not intuitive or pleasant to look at, doesn't display information in a way that makes me interested in the data. Its actually hard to see the data in detail like I'm used to with Fitbit. This watch (vivomove style) is supposed to be the midway between HR and Luxe, and I'm left dissatisfied with the price for an upgraded HR, or feeling ripped off for a cheap knock off of the luxe. It looks like cheap plastic and so feels like I'm wearing a children's watch instead of the glamorous stylish fitness watch I thought I was buying for near $400. I've also consistently had problems with screen responsiveness. I will seay that I love the backlit screen as it really looks only like a watch until activated, this feature was the stylish factor for me. It also had some great app features, like alerting me when I needed to calm down because of elevated geartrate during a particularly frustrating business meeting. Either get most of the health features from the HR or pay the premium for the Luxe, as this leaves one feeling underwhelmed with the inbetween. I am returning it to go back to Fitbit charge 4 until the market comes up with a stylish analog fitness tracker compatible with the Luxe but less expensive, or until Garmin's app interface is compatible with fitbit, as the health tracking is the main attraction for me, but I so want a classic looking watch instead of one looking like a wrist-phone

Dont expect GPS accuracy or a long bluetooth range
I really wanted to love this watch. I did a lot of looking around to find one beforehand. These were my few of my deal breakers: it had to track my walks/runs. It had to have tap to pay. It had to read my texts. Not a long wish list. 1. Track my walks/runs. This is the first thing I noticed was an issue. I could not see the distance during my activity. After a chat with Garmin, she helped me customize this. Perfect. The next day I realized how inaccurate this tracking was. My normal 6 mile walk was now telling me 7 or 8 miles. My friend has an apple watch and we would set them together and I would always be a mile+ more than hers. I even set up the custom stride length. Even more inaccurate, now it told me 9 miles. Then when I would swipe over to miles walked for the day it said 6.5. How is that possible if you just tracked a 9 mile walk? Frustrating. 2. Tap to pay. My fitbit would tap to pay when I I was have my phone. This was convenient because I forget my phone all the time. The first time I tried to use the Garmin tap to pay, my phone was in the car. It told me to reconnect to phone. Argh!! How embarrassing to have to leave your purchases and run out to the car for your phone. If i have my phone, I might at well use my Samsung Pay app! 3. Read my texts. Now this is one feature that I love. With a swipe over you can read a long text message entirely. The downfall - the bluetooth range is awful. You have to be in the same room as your phone, or sometimes even closer or it will tell you to reconnect to phone. You also can not send a response, even a short preprogrammed one. The battery life on this watch was great. And I did think this watch was beautiful. I love the concept of the watch hands that move out of the way to make it a smart watch. They dont light up so you cant see the time in the dark unless you set the screen to show digital time when lit up. Also, the tap to wake is not touchy. By that, I mean you have to tap and double tap and tap and pound on it and then pray for it to wake up. So then you just give up at look at your phone. This watch was such a disappointment.
